On Wednesday April 17, 2019 I went to this store in search of a pillow to help my neck pain. I’d researched pillows to help and read Tempupedic is the best pillow for neck pain. I found this store as a distributor for Tempurpedic so I was excited to go there. I went with a family member who also has neck pain. We met the saleswoman and she gave us a few options. We decided on the pillow and agreed to buy them. When she brought the pillows out in the plastic packaging I was not convinced it was the same pillow we tried. I asked her if this was the same pillow to which she responded Yep. I trusted her and bought the pillow for $135 and change which is a ridiculous price for a pillow but my neck hurt and I wanted to sleep. We’d checked out at 5:17 pm and the store closes at 6 pm. By the time I got home after some additional errands it was close to 6:30. I pulled the pillow out of the package, squished it, looked at it and decided it was NOT the pillow I tried in the store. I zipped up the package and put it in my car. The next day I called the store to ask about returning it because it was NOT the pillow for me. I saw they would return a mattress after 30 days but before 90 days and a mattress has so much more potential for nastiness on it that I figured a pillow returned 24 hrs later would not be an issue. Imagine my shock when I am told there is no return but if I want to come in they’d make it right. We go to the store after work, where we were made to feel stupid. You can try a mattress for 90 days but you can’t try a pillow? I never used it but I am being offered nothing. You can try, have sex on, sweat on, pee on, have pets on a mattress but not try a pillow?? Give me a break. I was NEVER told the pillow was non returnable, never given documentation, it’s not written on my pillow. NOTHING was said to me. I’ve been ignored on here even though my family member has been contacted twice now. What a joke. If you are thinking about buying a pillow from here buyer beware. I can return pillows at bed bath and beyond, Kohl’s, Walmart or amazon but not here. Skip this store if you’re not positive you want the pillow. I have since tried the pillow and it sucks. The neck roll collapses when laying on it. I’ll be writing unhappy reviews everywhere. If I’d been offered a refund this review would be...

First of all, I am a real customer. A very picky one when it comes to buying a bed. Nothing stresses me out more than buying a bed when you really on lie on it for 10-15 minutes. The last three beds I bought at RC Willey got returned or given away. This round I was set on making the right choice. Thankfully I stumbled into Relax The Back Store on Highland Dr. when I heard they carry Posturepedic. I was skeptical because my dad bought one a few years ago and it slept too hot. That has been fixed. My salesman Matt was a true professional and spent almost an hour explaining the features and benefits of this mattress. No only did he sell me the bed but he also was one of the two guys who delivered and set it up. He was great! Regardless of the salesmanship or the reputation of the store where I bought the bed, This IS THE BEST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. HANDS DOWN. I do not wake up with sore shoulders. It is a split King and adjustable so my wife and I have our own controls (would any couple want it any other way?). Many times we just elevate our feet and that is super relaxing. I have had the bed for 20+ nights now and I am not kidding, I have slept more sound for longer stretches than any other bed I have had in a long long time. I choked on the price but it is well worth the expense. I look forward to going to bed and having a good nights rest every night...

I needed an office chair and after looking multiple places, I went to the Relax the Back Store. Immediately they warmly welcomed me into the store and taught me about their chairs and answered my questions. I went back several times, looking at different chair options, trying to decide what would work best for my circumstance. They offered to let me bring a chair home to see if it fit at my desk, which was very helpful in making my decision. It seemed to fit, so I ordered the chair. When it arrived, I brought it home and it didn't work as well as we expected. I took it back to the store and they exchanged it for a different chair, which ended up working great! I felt like that was above and beyond what most places would do.

During this time we also purchased several of their other health related products, which we have really liked. I have been so impressed with the service I received at the Salt Lake Relax the Back Store! Brett and Lori provided excellent...
