food quality: 5/5 service: 5/5 cleanliness: 5/5 value: 5/5 Don’t skip on: The Caterpillar Roll (if you like eel!) First time trying Sukihana and we had a great experience! Shout out to Farrah for being one of the most attentive servers I’ve had in a while - she was fantastic and made sure we were informed of where our food was at and also kept us very hydrated! The restaurant was very clean as well and had a nice and inviting decor. We ordered agedashi tofu, mussel shooters, seaweed salad, and a couple of rolls. Everything was priced reasonably as well! I don’t know what was in the eel sauce for the caterpillar, but it was addicting! The fish was fresh and the rolls came out fairly quickly. There was a lot of variety on the menu and I can’t wait to go back and try more.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted happily and seated at a booth. We were respectfully given enough time to order and our servant was very patient. Our food was served at a timely manner I would say not too late and not too early. I myself had the “full moon” & “evil eyes” they were both very delightful but my favorite was the evil eyes! I also had some yellowtail sashimi and that was very pleasant. For drinks they offer a small selection of fountain drinks but that’s okay. For desert I had the chocolate lava cake and that was very good! Parking is very ample here and seating is easy almost no wait time to be seated. If you are in the area definitely give them a try!!!

Good food. I miss the old Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar that used to be at this location several months ago; the restaurant had a grungy feel that made you think you had stumbled across a hidden gem of a restaurant. As for this new place, I reckon I need to come back more before I determine if this is just an average eating experience. First, the miso soup was delightful. The two rolls I ordered (Vegas and Kiss of Death) were tasty, but I was experiencing withdrawals of not having the Godzilla roll from the old restaurant … suffice to say, this place offers a typical sushi experience: good quality at typical sushi prices.

I've lived in Salt Lake City for three years now and tried two of the best recommended sushi spots in the city and they were fine. When this restaurant opened recently next to Sprouts, I was curious and tried it out. I ordered the Seaweed Salad and it was very fresh. I then ordered the two rolls pictured, the May Flower and the Mountain Fuji. In my opinion, this is the best sushi spot in the city by a mile and I'll only want to return to Sukihana when I'm in the mood for sushi.

We looooooved Sukihana in Daybreak and were so sad when we moved to Holladay that we were so far away from it…. Imagine our surprise and excitement when they opened a second location in Holladay two weeks ago 😅 we are thrilled! We ordered the usual Mt Fuji Roll and Super Crunch! Both were equally as delicious as the Daybreak location! Food came out fast, service was awesome, the inside decor and renovation looks amazing. Will be coming back again and again!

I saw the new restaurant while shopping at Sprouts and decided to give it a try with my family. We loved their sushi, and my daughter ordered the curry ramen, which she really enjoyed. I ordered DoorDash for my coworkers, and they all liked it. The ginger that comes with the sushi is of such high quality. It's so exciting to have such a great sushi restaurant in this area, high quality and great service!
