I got an email and text sent to me from the corporate office saying that I could get whatever I want for $1.00. I went online and decided to get a laptop and pay $25.00 which I had to start a new lease, I already have a few things with them now. I started a new lease paid the $25.00 from my debit card signed up for ezpay like I have with my other items. Called the store in Milledgeville Georgia and spoke with a young lady named Jasmine which she is rude, I had many arguments with this young woman bc how she treats customers. I called up there and asked to come and pick up the laptop this young lady had an attitude told me no, and hung up on my face. My next payment on that lease is on June 1, 2024. So I called corporate office and put a complaint in on her. So now I'm waiting for someone to call me back about the item I purchased from that store, Be careful if you go to the store in Milledgeville Georgia. I'm not sure if I got screwed out of $25.00, also there is still a open lease which they will take a payment from me on the 1st of June from my account. Also I can't tell you on how many complaints I put in with corporate office on this rude girl Jasmine. Stay away from the store Milledgeville, GA she is the account specialist, she is telling the customers she is the manager which she is not. Customer service representative. Her name begins with an E was extremely rude and disrespectful to potential customers in front of my children, this is not the first time that I went into the store and had this experience with this specific lady. I did not get the merchandise because she told her manager that because I was asking questions about how you guys service work and That I was getting on her nerves and she did not want to deal with me. Explain to her if she does not like her job to find a new one because customer service is not a field.
