Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Milledgeville

The speakers don't work in some of the stalls. I say in the drive through for far too long so I ended up parking. Finally someone came out and took my order. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and some food for my kid. They bring it out and I paid for it. I looked in the bag and it was fried chicken on the sandwich. I asked for a refund. It took 3 people asking me to explain the issue and twenty minutes later, I was finally told I would have to return all the food in order to get a refund for the sandwich but my kid had already eaten half his food. Then they said they would have to re-ring the whole order and the money would be charged to my card again and I would get my money back in 7-10 business days. I ended up getting a blast instead of a refund. The shake was awful and tasted like drinking straight hersheys syrup. Even my kids hated it and we threw it away. This was my second time going to this place. The first time nobody answered the call button. They don't take tap pay either. The worker who came to talk to me at the end of this situation was very nice and apologetic about the outdated system and broken speakers. I'm not even sure if he was a manager or just a cook. I've visited Sonic for years in several states. I've written the talktosonic review probably thousands of times and have received that many free Rt44's for doing so. When I pay, I often get the CokeZero with sugar free cherry flavor, or a Diet Limeade with sugar free cherry flavor. When I have gotten a free Rt44, I've ordered the same. Always, they've been free...till now...at this location. This location wants to charge $0.30 for the flavoring. If it's free, it's free. There are no qualifications on the receipts, nor the stickers about anything NOT being free in regards to how you can order a Rt44. This is just one of many aggravations about this location. I stopped ordering Blasts at night because they won't make them after 11:00pm. The drive through is slow as is the service at the stalls. I could go on, but this is the ONLY Sonic I visit that won't give me a free Rt44 with my receipt and validation code when I order it with flavoring. I've ordered in KY, OH, IN, and now in GA. This is the only place that has ever done this to me. It's not corporate policy, apparently. I redeemed a validated receipt in Loganville, GA not long ago and there was no refusal to give me a free Rt44 CokeZero+diet...

Okay so you guys replied to my post and then when I called the number the lady had no clue what I was talking about so I'm just going to put it on blast okay? The atmosphere was dirty, it was dingy half of the machines were covered in spider webs and dirt. The first three machines I went to didn't even work or they were turned off. It took forever for them to respond to me after I press the red button. To make my order. Then when I got our food I asked the lady if she could bring us a drink tray because we had three drinks and we were in a truck didn't allow us to have three spots to put it the drinks. It took her 20 minutes to bring me a drink tray so by the time I got home with the food to feed my kids it was all cold and nasty and Soggy.
