Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Milledgeville

The old lady with grey hair needs to either be fired or urged into retirement. We ordered and showed her our bright pink zta card to get the promotion on it and after we paid she told us to pull around and wait out front. We sat out front for 20 minutes before finally deciding to pull around to the window and see what was going on. She opened the window and acted like she had never seen us in her life. She said she had never seen us before and gave us horrible attitude. She then started blaming their lack of service and her lack of memory on her co-workers. She eventually found the 2 dozen and I guess finally remembered us and handed them to us without saying a word, not even an apology. The whole interaction pissed me off beyond belief. I don’t even want the doughnuts anymore. Please God don’t give grandma the night shift again her memory clearly...

First of all, I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I had a taste for them today. To my disappointment, service was...bad. The most important thing when serving food is to have great cleanliness. Don't expose your personal body fluids to items I am purchasing regardless of food industry or not but especially handling food. The cashier coughed in her hand and decided to fix my doughnut! Oh no. Some would handle this differently, but I politely walked out and threw the doughnuts in the garbage because that is where they belonged. Garbage service, garbage product. Would you eat a doughnut knowing the hands that made it were coughed in and not washed? This Krispy Kreme will not receive my business again. Went in for the free deal to get a free Kit Kat doughnut with purchase was told they didn't have any more. We decided to purchase some other doughnuts. The dining area looked like they were closed we asked if we could eat our doughnuts there. They acted like we were an inconvenience but they did allow us to dine there. I ordered the doughtnut dots which were stale and a dozen original grazed. They were making a lot of them so they were hot. I get they were making a huge order but every order should be treated the same. Yes we were disappointed about the free deal but they should have offered us another doughnut instead.
