This is the worst location that I’ve had a bad customer service experience in the middle Georgia area. Once a week I go get a gallon of sweetened Chick-fil-A tea (they do not always put the logo or that it’s sweetened or unsweetened on it, I can tell you, though every location gets confused when I ask for a gallon of sweet tea or maybe they have to go in the basement to get the container come back up to the top fill 7 other orders around me while I hold up traffic for just 1 gallon of sweet tea and usually I’ll get a large sweet tea too). On June 2, 2025 I went curbside and picked up only 1 gallon of sweetened tea, when I got home, I opened it And with my big cup of chewable ice, I tasted sour tea, my friend was with me and I had her chase the tea also to confirm it wasn’t just me that felt that way. I did not have a chance to get back until June 5, 2025 because I’m just disabled and I cannot go out all the time. Granted it still had my name, transaction details, and the amount I spent on it on a white sticker. I told the young lady what happened and then she said you have 4 hours before you have to put it in the fridge with that info she told a higher up than her or she left tea out for four hours at night. I told her I attempted to drink some of it when I got home. It was too sour. She then said the prior lady told her I left it out for four hours. I told her that was not correct so they just need to be accountable for what they do which is making a mistake and make it right and don’t fight with the customer. Maybe a new franchise owner needs to take over or new manager because their customer service...
Read moreThe food here is great! The staff is always friendly. My issue is with the catering service. I understand that chick fil a is always busy but it seems like every time I make a catering order, even if I call a reminder in an hour before I am supposed to pick up the food, it is never ready on time. For example, I had a to-go catering order last night and I arrived at 5:15 for my 5:30 pick up. At first they could not find where I put in my order, which was prepaid. After they finally found it they told me to go stand by the pick up sign which was not a problem. At 5:45 someone came out to tell me that my food wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes. After I informed them that my event started in 15 minutes they put a rush on the order and it came out ready in 5 minutes maybe. Like I said customer service is great, but getting catering orders...

Didn't speak to a box .. at this location you are greeted by one staff member at the start of the line then ur order is taken by a person standing midways thru, then ur money take n by another person standing almost at the end .. then u get to the window for ur food. it was a beautiful day on this visit but I had to ask if they r out rain or shine ... Cold or hot.. they r out there ! I am always impressed with chicfila.. the owners should be very proud of their super friendly super efficient staff.. despite the busyness of this huge chain.. they're always ALWAYS on point ! 100% thank y'all for great chicken ! But most of all thank u for training ur staff the way u do!...
