I am very displeased with the service from the staff!

My family and I went to have breakfast the past weekend for my brithday as a large group and the waitress we had was not a people person at all. She handed us incorrect orders and were missing some sides.

My grandmother asked for Canadian bacon and when she was brought her food to her it was regular bacon. When my grandmother tried to explain she asked for Canadian bacon , the waitress looked at her and said "no you ordered regular bacon".

I was sitting in ear length of my grandma and heard her ask for Canadian bacon. My Grandma ended up giving it away because she doesn't like regular bacon.

Then my father had ordered toast to go with his eggs and as he patiently waited until everyone was halfway through their meal he asks about his toast. The waitress then says "someone here stole your toast!" We were all baffled, nobody else had ordered sourdough toast. She then brings him his toast and doesn't even acknowledge it. She didn't ask if we needed any other drinks like a refill on coffee or even water.

My brother and niece didn't even get asked if they wanted to order something to drink.

She was very awful and I don't think my family and I would ever go back there.

Food wasn't all that great and needed flavor. My tip would be , treat people a little nice or be a little more considerate.

This was my first time here. Mind you it was to pick up an online order. First of all, thus was the first hot day of the year. It was 97 degrees outside. The restaurant was hot, stuffy and smelled musty. There was one server working and one (maybe) busboy. I waited a few minutes until someone asked me what I was there for. I said I was picking up an order and was told my order was ready, but she made no move to go pick it up. Instead she went to a table and proceeded to talk to a customer. I had read they had a few regulars, so I figured that's what was happening. I was been there for about ten minutes by then, tired and sweaty. Then another customer walked in to grab her order and then they grabbed her order before mine. Finally after they got her order, they got mine. So I was not impressed by the take out service. As far as the food, I liked my chicken fettuccine and but my friends bbq burger was soggy after having been ready for so long. Unless theyre AC was broken that specific day, i Would not...

This restaurant is a damn joke. 2 waitresses waited on my family and I. One waitress offers us water and when we asked for straws, she returns with one but throws it, I asked for 3 more and she returns back to our table eating and throws 3 more and disappears to help other tables. Mind you, there was really only 5 or 6 tables In restaurant this including ours. The food took over an hour and the waitress who took our food down was a joke as well. Rude. No customer service. Heres my questions to alot of rude people who work customer service, why even bother with that job? Maybe find something more your work ethics. I give this place NO STARS but I wanted to write a review.

Side note:

We've been here a handful if times but we always give the benefit of the doubt but today's breakfast was NOT OKAY. Train your workers with better work mannerisms

P.S Food was served burnt and omelette was a gray...
