Y-Linh Sandwiches — Restaurant in Milpitas

Then the little weasel bicyclist told me they didn't have to obey the traffic laws because they were bicyclists! And...Man-O-Man was I surprised when they pulled into the Y-Linh Sandwich shop too. The homeless dude out on the sidewalk was pleased when I offered him a lunch, and told him the front wheels on those bikes are free for the taking, so go ahead and help yourself while I get your sandwiches. We agreed that the sandwiches from Y-Linh Sandwiches are pretty damn good, and not because they come with free bicycles...

I came to Y Linh Milpitas to get banh mi and patechaud for my daughter. Food was so so compared to other Vietnamese banh mi places in San Jose. New store cleanliness. Food and store are 4 stars. However the service was awful with a long line of customers waiting to order and the cashiers did not even care. A couple of them were deep in personal conversation. One customer was so angry because she had waited for 20’ for one banh mi cha lua. Hence 2 stars...

Saw them on Instagram and had to try this new spot. First time, I ordered sandwiches togo here and it was decent. For 8 bucks, I expected a larger portion. The sandwiches were about half the size at other places… second time, I got 2 baguettes 🥖 togo, and supposedly they were freshly baked. Boy was I tricked…they looked like they were baked a few days ago and just reheated. The bread was hard and dry. Never...
