AJ Ugent Furs… simply a great experience today with one of the store owners (Lori). The family has been in the fur business for over 50 years, and many of their employees have worked there for decades as well. What started out as a visit to have them inspect a coat that had been owned by a family member for many years to get confirmation that it was real fur, and if so, from what animal… turned into a very pleasant and educational visit with Lori, answering all our questions without once ever giving the impression that we were being annoying. The fur and leather apparel they have on display was mind-blowing (truly a ‘destination visit’ or ‘’day trip experience’ for anyone interested in fashion, and who enjoys seeing ‘the best of the best’ in fur fashion). Lori told us they have often assisted celebrities, pro athletes, and even had a story about how her dad hand delivered a custom made by them fur coat to Dolly Parton. He answered all our questions, was very patient, offered wonderful suggestions, and best of all provided outstanding customer service!
