It was awkward when we first came in. I had to say hello to get someone to come out the back. And the manager and female came from the back. Manager walked pass as he didn't care. We asked the female for understanding on their delivery. And she was sarcastic and said she was kidding. And tried to ease the tension in the room. As we proceeded to look around. We saw a furniture set that looked like someone was unwrapping it. We liked it and sat on it. The manager says, " that's wrap up for a reason." We immediately apologized we didn't know it was going for another customer. Should have been a nice big sold sign like most furniture stores, and maybe sales associates on the floor giving guidance. I would've approached and said,"sir and ma'am I'm sorry this set is sold, we are preparing it to go out." He came off as we intentionally tried to do something wrong. While we were looking 2 other male associates came out. I was wondering how big that backroom was, and why wasn't anybody on the floor to greet us. If I didn't desperately want to get a set I would've taken our business elsewhere. I was ill and the female associate started to give the service you'd expect. But it started off all wrong. The bed started falling apart 2022 of September note Iām the only one sleeping on it. I was told when I bought the bed that was priced at $32 a week/Biweekly that I can purchase a warranty which was $44 with that being totaled to $72 every two weeks. As I stated the bed started falling apart 2022 of September. I called and spoke specifically to store manager Lonnie which told me that they donāt fix bed sets nor does it have a warranty.
