AN HONEST REVIEW: I needed new furniture for my new place and because of the pandemic, many of the larger furniture stores were shut down. Ordered a table and two sofas; seemed pretty seamless and good customer service. Understanding that there's a pandemic, I was very patient with this seller, however, upon receiving the first drop off, my table and one of my couches were damaged; they were quick to put replacements in, but this is where the 2 stars come in order. This seller is very unorganized. There were multiple calls between me and the seller - either the delivery truck was behind and couldn't come on the day of, that they forgot one of my replacement items, and then when they did have both items, they realized they delivered the wrong colored couch to me. When they finally delivered the right couch, there was another small tear in it. When you purchase full price for a brand new product, you expect no damage - no matter how small or large the damage is. It was disappointing to hear that they tried to brush it off as though I was making it a bigger deal than it needs to be. Any major furniture store would not react that way. My sister purchased really nice furniture over the weekend from a popular furniture store and received her items on time, within the time frame they said they would drop off, with NO damage. What took her only a 4 days, it's taken me weeks to get what I should be receiving the first time around. The seller finally rectified at the end, but really, should it have gotten to this? Never settle for mediocre - check your product when you receive it; if it is damaged, no matter how small or large, you purchased brand new, tear...

I order from this store, it took a little over 2 weeks to come, however that was ok because I had time to get my condo together, when it came I was so happy, it was lovely, just what I order, and the guys that was in the store that day, I don't know their name, but they were so helpful when my blood sugar level went down, I ask for some sweets and they game me a whole box of chocolate 😆 and I was so grateful for that, because I was about to faint ,So if you ever want to visit this store, go head, NOT only will they sell you nice furniture, they will help you when you are sick 😊 Thanks to everyone at the Galleria Furniture Store. ❤️ Ps. I didn't give a point 5 and I never do for anyone, because I always say, there's room for improvement...

Would be 5 star if delivery service was better. After purchasing I got a delivery date that was 3 days later and was told delivery crew would call at least an hour prior to arrival but instead they called and said " hey we're 3 minutes way"...LUCKILY the maintenance man was around to accept delivery. And I wish delivery window could have been like 2-3 hours instead they gave me a 6 hour window for delivery time. So you mean to tell me that I have to sit here for 6 hours and wait, nope I'm to busy for that. And definitely don't have anyone else that can wait in my commercial space for 6 hours neither. ENOUGH RANTING ...But other than that my funiture piece was nice. They have good selection of other items. I would shop...
