ALDI — Local services in Milwaukee

So I had to update my review. The staff that had been here has long gone leaving a bunch of newbies. I don't find them particularly helpful. Shelves don't stay stocked and asking them to order things that are normally stocked is met with annoyance. I definitely miss the way this store used to be. Long lines are normal and you have to ask for them to ring the bell for assistance, which is also annoying because they see these long lines so they should know they need help. Also lately I've been finding things marked down or for cheaper than the rest of the items (50% off or $2 off) and am given flack about it. So I'm not sure if other people are placing tags or switching tags, I do however believe they should honor prices on items. This location is 4blks from me so it's convenient but I'd say visit another location if you're able. 43rd street is a great...

I lived acrossed the street from Aldi for 9 years. The workers became like family and as the years went on the friendly faces i seen on almost a daily who talked to my kids all the time started to disappear. In the last year This Aldi has started to disappoint me. You can't even walk in or out without someone asking to take your cart back or just asking for money. They have guards that at like 5 foot weighing 100lbs maybe. That doesnt make me feel safe. Before the pandemic they got a new ordering system and for months they were out of everyday items and its still like this to this day. My favorite Aldi in South Milwaukee. Their produce is noticeably better quality compared to some other Aldi locations in the area. Maybe it’s just me, but I also felt their pricing was a bit better, too. The customer service was excellent, and the store was well-stocked and very clean. Everything was easy to find. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard for your produce—at other Aldi stores I've been to, I often found produce that were mushy or in poor condition. I will continue to be a regular customer here...
