If you are considering this business for getting work done on your jewelry please know that they don't seem to care about their quality of work and will charge you all over again if their work falls apart even after just one week.
I give one star because although their prices are reasonable their business ethics are not. My spouse bought a ring for me this past Christmas that needed to be resized. It was brought to Emrald Jewelry & Repair. It is now less than eight months later and their soldering has come apart. Read moreI have had my ring sitting in a drawer for over a year everywhere I took it they said they weren't able to upsize it to my finger size because the band is to thin. Well I took a chance because my mom recommended them and this is the ring my grandma gave to me for my engagement ring. Welllll. I still never got my grandma's necklace back, but I will definitely be more responsible and NEVER take anything to this...
