I ordered online to have food for my break-time. Clearly my receipt and order asks for Provolone cheese. After calling stating about the order the lady with a deep voice or could've been a man couldn't exactly tell told me to bring sandwich in next day because they had to see the food or see that they actually didnt read the order or pay attention and just put whatever cheese they wanted. I work in a doctor's office I had to start back working helping my patients. I thought that suggestion was absolutely ridiculous! Very insensitive, & unconcerned response from the person on the phone.
I work in a place where cousins could receive large orders for luncheons and special events. I have included the photo of what I received. I don't like American cheese ruined my taste for the order I paid $22.32 for a sandwich , soup and fries. Sandwich made my stomach ache and turned my taste buds off. I gave half to co worker and tossed the rest. I will not order again and will inform the building employees of my experience with this Cousins Subs who I see clearly is not providing good service or experiences and want you climb hell's mountain with wrongly made sandwich in tow a day old, to prove your complaint. Read moreI had an offer for a free sub for my birthday this month It was going to expire today So I stopped here for a cheese steak on my way home When I walked there was a customer finishing up The young lady who was working the register was nice My issue is I told her how I wanted my sub three different times before I even showed my coupon to pay She still didn't put my order in correctly after I got my receipt I noticed So I walked back to where she was standing I said to her This is being made as I asked She said something i don't exactly remember to me but then said something to the lady making the subs Well that did zero They still made a regular cheese steak but then scrapped off what I had asked to be removed in the first place before wrapping it up and giving it to me I thankful for a free sub but your staff need some serious training on both listing and communication skills at this location I'm nearby this location a few times a month but after today I won't be returning to here This is the 2nd time my orders have had issues from here Update: 11/13/22 cousins has failed to respond to multiple emails after requesting me to email them about my experience Great pr...

The manager spoke with my daughter on the phone saying she will give my daughter a call, my daughter was so excited, she then waited & never received a call… so I told her to call cousins , she then spoke with the manager & she played games with my daughter making it seem like she was going to hire her , the manager told my daughter to call back at a certain time, when my daughter called back at that time.. an employee picked up the phone & stated “the manager was not there” my daughter had patience & waited another day the same thing happened the next day. The employees started to answer the phone , telling my daughter they were gonna put her on hold then resumed the call & stated the manager was not there.
