Never again. Bought sofa and loveseat over $5,000. Also purchased $350 furniture protection plan. Stitching started coming out less than a month after we recieved the furniture. It's definitely a factory defect, but either way we have the insurance on it. Not even one call back from Ivan Smith. It's been close to a month now. We've called just about everyday and even went back to the store. Very disappointed. Update: Someone finnally came to fix the stitching in the sofa 7-2-20. Didn't have the same color thread and says he can't get it. Found out that they do have the thread. Waiting on repair person still, as of 7/14. Update: As of today 8-10-20, still not repaired. Ty so much for being so good to us for nearly 35 yrs now. Even our grown children, who grew up in a house full of Ivan Smith furniture and appliances, now shop at Ivan Smith and love our Minden Ivan Smith store as much as we do. A few months ago we bought an air conditioner. It had a defect, which can happen anywhere, but Tony worked his tail off n made it all good. When we returned, from being out of town, Tony had it ready n waiting on us. We just purchased a refrigerator and recliner n couldn't be more satisfied with the products, the friendly helpful kind and patient service and the great delivery service we received.
