Great costumer service till 12-17-19 I can see why people started to avoid this place I took away two stars because of a phone call I received when I was at work during a very busy meeting with my management and my phone picked up because it was connected to my headset I explained as quickly as I can that I will be in Friday to pay my account up and my phone once it was out of range of my headset because I was entering a meeting and didn't have my phone on me it disconnected the person that called me back was very rude and very misunderstanding I called back and told them they can pick up their stuff at my house by 4:00 p.m. for somebody that pays that actually pays them and is only $55 and some change behind very rude very very rude I think at this point I will no longer be doing business with this location because as a location that knows me very well and knows the contract was set up when I was on a different pay period and now that my pay period has changed and I explained that to them and they were very understanding then but now they have gotten aggressive I can see if I missed a few payments but for somebody that's never behind really a week I always come in and pay before it hits two weeks for somebody that's not far behind at all and always comes in with a smile and a joke thanks to a worker named Shay who always bugs me but understands and is never rude for whoever called me from this location hope you can read this hope you can understand for $55 I'm not dealing with the b* you can come get your stuff anytime you...

All around terrible experience with this particular account due to her unnecessary and unprofessional attitude.
