Super cute and clean salon. Highly recommend. Went in for a free 15-minute consultation before booking my color. I wanted to dye my hair fun colors without bleach touching my scalp (I have very sensitive skin). The stylist was super knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with me to figure out a style and colors that would work within those boundaries. She also figured out that I wanted panels instead of foils (based on photos I brought in). When I returned for the color, she was friendly once again and she's clearly an expert. I didn't have a particular color scheme in mind, so I went with her suggestions. After two hours, my hair was so cute, fun, still professional, and totally damage free, and my scalp was spared. She also trimmed the back of my head for free (I have short hair). All for $70 plus tip, which I thought was a great price. I've been maintaining the colors at home with great success using box colors. What's really impressive is that after about three months, one of the original colors is just starting to get faded--I haven't had to touch it up yet! (I've been touching up the other colors by recreating the panels she used.) I plan on going back in in a few months for another professional color. I highly, highly recommend this salon. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 10!! I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL SINCE DEC 14TH. I CANCELLED AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO DUE TO THE FACT OF KNOWING THAT I WOULD BE IN THE HOSPITAL. THEY STILL CHARGED ME $84 TODAY AND TOOK IT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. WHEN THEY CALLED ME BACK AFTER ME CALLING THEM TWICE TO DISPUTE THIS, THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. WHICH IS A LIE. I CANCELLED THIS APPOINTMENT ONLINE, I DID WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO BUT I'M ASSUMING THAT BECAUSE ITS THE HOLIDAYS , THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND THE MONEY THAT WASNT THEIRS TO TAKE!! I HAVE FILED A CLAIM WITH MY BANK. ITS SICKENING THAT YOU WOULD TAKE MONEY AFTER SOMEONE CANCELLED AND TOLD YOU THAT THEY ARE IN THE HOSPITAL. ALOT OF HEARTLESS PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!

The only question I asked myself after I left the salon - why didn't I visit this places earlier? Aileen is just AMAZING! She did a fantastic job with my hair (I came for a haircut), we discussed some of the ideas. She is a great listener and genially seems to be a professional who cares about their clients. She also gave me suggestions on how to style. The place itself is so nice, great waiting area, everything is sparkling clean!
