Rainbow Shops — Local services in Minneapolis

The manager rang me up and tried to overcharge me to not give me my change back, (only $3) just so that at the end of the night I'm sure she's done it to enough people to get a good amount. Raggedy place. Owner can also be rude if you catch her on the wrong day. They all need to learn good customer service to EVERYONE, not just who they feel like it, that certain day. To sum it up in one word, Unprofessional. Edit: Reply: I tried calling customer service and told them, they totally blew it off, kept cutting me off and only wanted to send me a 5$ rainbow gift card that didn't even work. They treated it like this happened all the time. Terrible...

Average clothing for a fair price. They DO NOT HAVE FITTING ROOMS. After my last visit I have no desire or plans to return. These stores are mostly located in urban rural areas so it's offensive to the target market/customers

What I hear from these stores is that we can take your money but we don't care if our product fits.

The store clerk states that if it doesn't fit then you have 7 days to return it. In reality who has time for that?

I am very disappointed in how unprofessional the staff was. I had a return which they were unable to do. That was not the issue the staff was so disrespectful. And when I told Lisa the manager I would no longer shop there she told me she don't care cause it ain't coming out of her pocket. The saleswoman laughed and was very demeaning.
