Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Minneapolis

#1 PLACE TO AVOID It was my granddaughters 4th birthday and I ordered 5 pizzas, online, then ordered an Uber for my son to go pick up the pizzas. When he got there he was told that if his pizzas weren't in the portal someone may have taken them and there was nothing they could do so he came home empty handed. Then I checked my email for the recipe. "Pizza would be ready at 7:28 pm"and then I see "Score you walked away with a taste pizza at 7:21pm. Ok so now I'm a bit frustrated but I figure I'll go up there with my receipt and they should just make new pizzas. When I get there, the young kid who was helping take orders had no idea what to do. He looked at my receipt then at the pizza portal and shrugged his shoulders. By this time it was almost 8:30 pm and I started to get a little loud with him stating that they should just make new pizzas if they couldn't find them, then all of a sudden a lady comes out from the back( I assume it's the manager) and says "They're right here, They've been here the whole time" and opens up the door where they keep extra pizzas warm until someone comes to buy them. I said to the lady "the whole time, like when my son came all the way here in an Uber and was told by this gentleman that if it's not in the portal I can't help you. That was over an hour ago. Then I have to come all the way here in an Uber again for you to tell me they have been here the whole time." Finally I showed her my email that stated the times and I asked "so tell me how my pizzas were here the entire time when the email said pizza ready at 7:27pm but score, I walked away with a tasty pizza at 7:21pm. I'm not sure but I don't think they can even sell me pizza if it's been in the warmer for more than 45 minutes so I asked if she could make me new pizzas and this lady looked at me with the weirdest face like she couldn't understand what I was saying. I don't speak French. Thinking about my 4yr old granddaughter up past her bed time and hasn't even eaten yet I took the pizzas and ordered another Uber home. This once affordable meal now cost me a total of $80 and one tired 4 yr old who fell asleep on her pizza box. No cake, ice cream, or presents till the...

I recently visited this establishment to order a pizza and crazy bread, the typical order. :) I used the Little Cesar app for the first time so that I would not have to wait, as I know this is a busy location. I arrived at the location 20 min after my order was placed and to my dismay, the food was not ready. I waited patiently and then noticed that people who had come in after me and ordered the same items were leaving (about 30 min after arrival). I went to the register and questioned where my food was. I then had to spend another 15 min trying to prove to the cashier that I had ordered and paid through the app, showing my phone with receipt. Once they confirmed something happened with the system, they said they would start making the order. Meanwhile, another customer that came in after me, left with the same order. It took over an hour from my arrival to get a $10 order. Once I got home I opened the order only to find out that my pizza and crazy bread was not cooked all the way. Wow, I have never been so appalled in my life. Hot and Ready, I don't think so...not this location. I had to wait 10 min. just to find out that a basic pizza would take 30 min...OMG... The person at the register was covered with floor...a guy with a hoodie wondered in, looked at the other register (clearly i was waiting to be waited on) and then wondered into the back. One of the folks making pizzas...seemingly so, was wearing scrubbies that you would see at a dental office. Hey, this location used to be pretty good...it has gone by the by...last Sunday stopped...same thing...waited 10 min. to discover it would be a 20 min. wait. Get some decent management, or sell it to someone who can run it,.I will not be back...you have lost a very loyal customer. And stop having having miscellaneous people give your store a high rating...just to throw off the total...they don't even write a comment...how lame is that...You ought to be ashamed for trying to make this "thing" appear to be other then it it.
