I REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP WITH HAVING A PLACE TO GO TO IN THE TIME OF MY LIFE ON LIFE SITUATIONS. I'M TRULY GRATEFUL TO THE LORD ALMIGHTY GOD FOR GIVING ME A SAFE HAVEN AND WATCHING OVER ME AND THE REST OF THE PEOPLE WHOM WERE GOING THROUGH OUR ROUGH AND TRYING TIMES, NOT TO PLEASE WITH SOME OF THE STAFF MEMBERS, AND ESPECIALLY WITH THE PROPER CARE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS, AND THE OTHERS WITH SEVERE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, AND THE SAFETY OF THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE SAME AREA, SAME SPACE, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO HAVING TO GET A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP AND FEELING COMFORTABLE...

I had an appointment for my family some food I waited a whole month and I was late do to an job interview first the lady over the phone tells me I didn't have an pick up because they don't do that on Thursday s but then she finds my appointment so I ask can I still pick it up she says they are closed but opened tomorrow so I ask to pick it up then and she tells me no there is no way this should be except able when it comes to these north MPLS foodshelfs they are rude and very mean hearted I fill like we need more people in these jobs that actually wants to help instead of just...

Wanted to use food shelf. It says online open until 3. We get there at 2:35 and stand in line, then the lady tells that it closed at 2:30. I told her what it says online open until 3pm. she then yells "well that is them and they don't know, they are wrong" in a very loud and rude way. I drive half hour to pick up my friend to bring here who had nothing at home to speak of to eat and get this kind of treatment is just not what one would expect from salvation army. So...
