SAM'S MARKET — Local services in Minneapolis

I'm just putting this because the store used to carry 2 brands of tortilla chips, santitas for 2$ and tostitos for $7 after tax and markup. Now I walk in and there is only the 7$ chips. I get you need to make money but it makes no sense to charge 3x for plain tortilla chips. Stop carrying those i am not going to buy more. You could charge a dollar extra on the cheaper brand and save me more, and you likely make a bigger portion back. If it's not worth it to you, $7 plain corn chips aren't to me. It's convenient to come here for other stuff but I'd like to not see items that the neighborhood doesn't want to buy. I'll stop running here for small items and get more of everything from a real...

Don’t spend your cash here, I been a year long customer, I walked in today and got accused of “stealing ice cream” and that they have footage of me stealing said items but funny thing I didn’t even shop there the night I got accused of stealing and I couldn’t look at said footage that they claimed having of me, I got threatened with “I’ll have to call police next time you come in” that’s one stupid way to lose a customer who’s spent Hundreds of dollars a week smh. Usually I'm all for this corner store, supporting small businesses but in the last few months, the store has gone down hill. They abruptly changed their store hours with no reasoning. Second thing is that they are NEVER open at 8am like the hours they display suggests. Third, it takes them forever to reorder or restock their products. Fourth, what a high turnover with employees. Fifth, bought an energy drink the other day that had went sour. Sixth, the previous cashiers were super friendly, the new crew....not so much!
