You came highly recommended by close friend. So on Thurs. 1-18-24 at approx. 2:40pm I spoke with Alan via phone regarding a brake issue on my 2011 Ultra Limited. Alan said to call Tuesday 1-23-24 to schedule work. Ended up driving there on 1-23-24 as no one would answer the phone. Spoke with Alan and George. George said I need to replace the ABS module but they're hard to find. Alan said he would speak with his parts rep. and let me know. After couple of days i received a call from someone at All American Cycles but don't know who as no message was left. Finally I got ahold of Alan, said they can get part but they need a $600 deposit. I said no problem and would bring them the money. Tried to call Alan back for two days to see if I can schedule appt. and bring him the down payment at same time. Call after call after call, no one answers for days and cannot leave a message. So I drove to shop on 1-25-24 at approx. 10:00am to bring down payment and schedule appointment. Upon arrival, no one at counter that could assist me, but I was advised by a nice young man that Alan would be back in about an hour and a half. Tried to leave deposit with him, but he did not know how to give a receipt and said he would have Alan call me soon as he returned. Did not hear from Alan all day. I tried to call the next morning thru the afternoon and no one answers the phone. So after a week & a last resort, I called Alligator Alley Harley Davidson 1-26-24 in the afternoon (which I hate using for a multitude of reasons over the years) but they hooked me up for the next day. Virtually the same cost. I cannot speak about workmanship, have no knowledge. Would have loved to give them the work, but when you cannot speak to anyone, they leave you choice but to go elsewhere. Wishing you...
Read moreTl;dr: I am disappointed because I’ve heard so many good things about this shop, but the experience I have had has been very underwhelming. Shop didn’t come through with what was promised.
Long version: I had a stage 2 done (by another shop) on my bike and was unhappy with the tune. Bike idled rough and ran rich. After speaking with George I was told that if I wanted to retune I would have to buy a new tune license from them since I didn’t have the license file for the one I had on the bike. Ended up paying almost $900 for the new tune + license. I was told I would get the new license and tune file sent to my email.
I spoke with George (owner/tuner) briefly at the beginning. About an hour or two later, I was told the bike was done. I had to go out of my way to ask George how it went and had another 2 minute chat. Got on the bike and left. Bike runs fine - no longer idles rough. After about three weeks, a couple of phone calls and several emails I still don’t have the license/tune file. They even replied to one of my emails saying “Regardless, the license is tied to your VIN number and any tuner can find it just with that.” Which left me a little confused as to why I was initially told that I had to buy a new license.
Anyways.. the whole experience left a bad taste...
Read moreOk so I was referred by a friend Sidewalk customs. People let me tell you if you need an expert or just demand the highest level of attention to detail to work on your bike, look no further they are the best shop in SoFl no job to big or small they done it all to my bike. Grips stage 2 motor work, handlebars, gauge relocation, and the list goes on. My point is this I’m super picky with my bike, as I’m sure most of us are. You can drop off your bike and know that the best is being done. Jorge the owner and the whole team are extremely versed on Harley maintenance, motor work and and anything you can think of that deals with Harley Davidson. Gentlemen thank you for your professionalism, willingness to share knowledge and empowering us the customer and always maintaining that drive and desire to put out the highest level of service and being so welcoming.
