Exceptional customer services and prices. I usually don’t leave reviews due to the fast pace lifestyle on today’s day and age but It felt unjust to not express my opinion of this store, which i believe to be a gem. Today, I arrived at this store looking for some jewelry (a watch, ring, and a necklace). I was greeted by “Alex” who guided me through the long selection on items on the store. Assisting Alex was “jesus” ,which also had a patience demeanor. After purchasing the items I had to wait for one of the rings to be sized, which Alex assured to be completed and ready for me by the end of the day. I called before the store closed and told them I was on my way but due to traffic and roadway restrictions I might not be able to make it on time. “Alex” told me that he would wait until I arrived. I was down the corner of the store approximately 25 minutes after the store closed (closing time: 8:00pm). I remember telling myself “man, they must have left already”. To my surprise “Alex” and “jesus” were still there, waiting for me. I think this actions speak of they’re character as individuals. Little things like this add to bigger things. Now, I know that this will be the place I will be buying my next jewelry from. I hope that his superior’s would see this comment, that way they’re humbled actions don’t go unnoticed....

Absolutely satisfied with Advantage Pawn! Many pawn shops promote best pricing but Advantage Pawn truly offers THE MOST competitive pricing for selling and purchasing. They carry great quality items and most of all, the are honest, professional and have value for their customers and business. Within the last two weeks I have sold several of my items to advantage and plan to sell more.

I went to this pawnshop for the first time and I was very satisfied with the customer service that I got there. I went on the 22nd and I met up with Jose and he asked about guns and he like took me to class and trade me and gave me different opinions on Goss very professionally. I went on the 23rd I met George and George I had to say he was also very professional he took me to school I even told him thanks for the class and he should be getting paid for all the time he spent teaching me about handguns. They are first class representatives for this company and I don’t say that about everyone. So everyone that reads this before you go to any other pawnshop come by advantage pawn 2031...
