We recently hosted a team event at Generations AdventurePlex for about 30 people, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! Pam was incredibly helpful in coordinating all the details ahead of time, making the planning process a breeze. We originally booked axe throwing and mini golf, but rain the day of the event had us switching to indoor activities. Their team was so accommodating and flexible—quickly helping us adjust our plans. Once the weather cleared up, they allowed us to return to mini golf, which was a fun way to wrap up the day. We kicked things off with axe throwing, where Victor made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time—it was a total blast! Then we moved on to laser tag, and Jacob was awesome in guiding our team and explaining everything clearly. After that, we headed outside for mini golf once the rain passed. During the axe throwing portion, we enjoyed some delicious food and appetizers, which was a great touch and kept the team energized. Overall, the staff was friendly (Pam, Meeko, Victor, Jacob), helpful, and made sure our event ran smoothly. Highly recommend Generations AdventurePlex for any team outing or group event!

Our company hosted a holiday party at Generations Adventureplex in Mishawaka, and we had a fantastic time. Having the entire facility to ourselves created a unique and exclusive atmosphere, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves without the usual crowds. Highlights: • Axe Throwing: This was a highly engaging activity that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The staff provided clear instructions and ensured everyone's safety, making it a fun and accessible experience for all. • Beer Wall: The self-serve beer wall was a standout feature, offering a wide selection of beverages and adding a touch of sophistication to the event. • Adult-Only Atmosphere: Renting out the entire space provided a dedicated adult-only experience, allowing us to socialize, relax, and create lasting memories without any distractions. the food was satisfactory. The activities were engaging, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout the event. We would highly recommend this venue for any company looking to create a unique and memorable gathering.

For our season-ending soccer party, we made a reservation with Generations Adventureplex. Pamela and Maggie were in charge of organizing our celebration. They made the registration procedure simple and were a pleasure to work with. Additionally, the personnel ensured that demands related to dietary allergies were satisfied. We played laser tag, arcade games, and climbing walls. Those attractions were all enjoyable. Regretfully, let's go to the items that failed to wow us. I had a thirty-person party with a two-hour time limit. The company provided food, but we were not assigned a specific area to eat together. That struck me as strange because most of my guests were young children without their guardians present. Our gaming cards then ceased functioning at 1.5 hours for the arcade games and never worked at the climbing walls or laser tag. We were still allowed to use those attractions after we explained to the workers that we were there with the soccer party. We acknowledge that the arcade games for which you received prizes or tickets did not function with our cards, which is acceptable, but why was there a 1.5-hour playing limit for a two-hour party? At the end of our event, I was asked about tipping, but I wasn't sure who I was supposed to tip because we didn't have a designated place or server. Although we gave tips to the two employees who assisted us with items, I had to approach the staff with everything I needed (often having to wait a long time for someone to come to the food counter). Overall, would I...

Honestly while the premises was nice and the games and such were fun, I was quite disappointed by my experience.

What staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful, but they were few and far between. There was only one staff member working the food counter, and he was only doing one order at a time as well as running food out to other customers. Leaving a huge line of people with a long time between orders. It's pretty sad when you have to wait over a half hour just to order the food. After waiting for the food to be ready, I then had to wait an addition 15 mins to recieve my food after my buzzer went off. I stood waiting by the counter while several kitchen workers walked by the window. One worker was even texting on her phone and just standing there. Finally a worker who came down from the upstairs realized I had been waiting, and handed me my food. Which at that point was no longer hot, as well as the burger had nothing on it but cheese when all I asked for was no onions. Waiting over an hour for food is bad enough, getting the wrong food makes it that much worse. My friend, who had been three orders ahead of me, didn't even recieve her food and had to literally go up and ask for it. All while they had 3 workers working at the bar alone. Good to know the sale of alcohol takes priority over food in a family establishment.

All in all, they need more staff, or at the very least to space...

Customer service was non existent. When we walked in and asked about laser tag(never been here before) we were directed to the kiosk. No explanation... Figured it out and went to play our first game. The employees running laser tag were very friendly and did great. It was warm in there so we went to the food bar for a drink. There was a girl at the register and a girl standing next to her, eating her hamburger and talking. I am not joking when I say that I and my fiancee as well as 2 people behind us stood there for at least 4 minutes while being completely ignored. When the lady behind us asked us if we were going to helped, the girl rolled her wyes and asked what do you want.... I ordered a pitcher of Dr pepper and a bottle of water. Then we decided just the pitcher. so we had to wait for someone to come take the water off. then I handed her a 20 dollar bill. she closed the register and gave out a big sigh... She couldn't make change from a 20... are you serious? she is on a cash register... I wound up paying 8 dollars and some change for that pitcher, and I didn't care to ask how it was that much... I just wanted to get away. This is a pretty good establishment, but I don't forsee it lasting long with the people you have running(or running off customers) your business. We may be back, but I can assure you. we won't interact with your people unless...
