Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Bend

The cashier was extremely rude. She didn’t even acknowledge me. I was standing there. She was on the phone. She walked away to get a water bottle took a drink. Then says to me do you need helped. Yes that’s why I was standing there. Then she got rude again. I asked for the manager. Then the cashier whose name is Brittany said she wasn’t going to argue with me I was over exaggerating. She told the girl to stop and go to the back. Then another girl walked up front the manager asked her to helped. She wanted to argue with her as well. And she had two phones in her hand. I was helped by a nice young man. And then while in my vehicle waiting for my order another customer was complaining about her. She is very rude. She should not work with the public. Also the front door was propped open with an over full trash can. Too many phone were out in peoples hands working with food. The other young lady on counter was quite lovely. We called at 10:01pm and ordered our hot and ready pepperoni pizza, stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and a Italian cheesy bread ...was told it would take 15 minutes so we stopped picked up some drinks on the way and got here by 10:20pm, 19 minutes from the time we made our phone call order, nothing was done and when our pizzas were done we still had to wait for our Italian cheesy bread and I had the time to write this review and a few people came in after us and got an Italian cheesy bread and we're still waiting...usually I like this little Caesars but today not so much!! We finally got our entire order and left at 10:58pm!!! Our 15 minute wait turned into a 57 minute wait!! On top of it all when we said we had called our order in they acted like we didn't call it in then said it was in the oven after I showed them the address and phone number of the 3601 E Edison rd G south bend,in 46615 little Caesars!! I would give 0 stars if I could tonight, get on your game E Edison rd...

This is the Little Caesars I like the most, mostly because its the one I used to work at. I do not eat it too often maybe 4 times a year and I swear every time I go in their prices have gone up again. Why in the world is an ICB or PCB almost the same price as a pizza now?? But anyways, I just stick with the pepperoni cheese bread and cheese sauce, I personally do not like Little Caesars marinara sauce. And another thing, for everyone that complains they can't get their order replaced, if you are going to say something like it was too thin, or it was so cold we gave it to the dog and show up expecting a free pizza in return for your word, it's not going to happen. You should bring the box back with most of the pizza still inside if it was that bad. You have no clue how many calls they get a day for people trying to get free food.
