New to the area, I've been hitting every gaming store in a 15 mile radius and the negative review below made me put this shop last on my list. The manager mentioned in the other reviews, Nathan, was there along with a half dozen regulars it seemed. Everyone was warm and welcoming and witty banter filled the shop. Nathan made a point of getting to know specifically what kind of player/hobbyist I am and my potential interests as well. I recently began collecting again after a 13 year hiatus and he was happy and excited to talk about Age of Sigmar rules and models. We played a practice game and he even stayed past close to make sure the lesson was complete and my questions were answered. When I told him my desire to prepare for tournament play, he explained that the games hosted at the shop are usually casual, but that he'd be happy to play games and help me wet my feet at anytime. While everyone in the shop was obviously creative and critical of mind, I did not detect one once of negativity. The manager is above and beyond in job performance and the customers were good people. Equally important; I found 4 items I couldn't find anywhere else and now I don't have...
Read moreThe man who's currently runs this store, Nathan, is worse than Walmart workers, since this man doesn't even know the basic idea of customer services. The store is empty majority of the time (I wonder y) but he didn't even bother say hello when customers walk in the store because he's busy pretend to paint something, always. When you start ask him questions about products, he answers your questions as if he is annoyed and don't have time to help you.
When he's done pretending busy painting, he will vulture around you like hungry saleman while give you the mean look without saying a word, waiting for you to show him the money. If you take too long to decide, he will grab few most expensive boxes shove them at your face and tell you to buy them all without even explain why.
I'm sorry Mr.Nathan but you don't own Gameworkshop, you are hired by Gameworkshop to help customers and sell products. If you were a stranger on the street, I might have to call police, since you sure act like a stalker waiting to pickpocket me (which you're...

Everyone can picture a hobby shop they’ve been to that was rude, elitist, or otherwise just uncomfortable and unaccommodating. This GW location is the complete opposite and I wish all game stores could be like this.
I’m sure it depends on the day, but the shop was full of activity and good vibes when I walked in. There were some nice folks playing kill team as well as some people painting too. I walked in with some experience, knowing I wanted to paint 40k death guard but wanting to experiment with some more washes. Brittany not only educated me on what washes would create various effects for my armies, but also gave me a demo of the washes on some sample space marines! She really went above and beyond to make sure I made the right choice, and it made me really excited to paint. I can’t wait to paint up my death guard and come back to play.
This store made me excited to play 40k again, and I can’t...
