Trabuco Hills Center — Local services in Mission Viejo

Trabuco Hills Center is one of my favorites in the community! I love the variety of shops and restaurants, something I’ve really come to appreciate and enjoy since becoming a Mother and Wife, as well as the neighboring shopping center across the street. The location is outstanding, the parking is ample, and the multitude of entry points and exits and proximity to main road is unparalleled! From end to end, this center is plentiful when it comes to restaurant selections, from breakfast through to dinner and everything in between! Sprouts and a local fish market are nestled in between a fantastic local jeweler, AAA, nail salon, fitness center, bike shop, pet store, auto Body repair shop, medical center and the list goes on and on…yet, despite all of the many businesses, it is incredibly easy to find everything, including parking, and friendly welcoming employees! Friendly reminder: the high school Located across the street can contribute to a slight influx of car traffic but it’s very minimal and easy to anticipate based on the bell schedules..(between 8:20-8:35am and 3:20-3:40pm ...

my doctor's office is next to the bar there and my doctor's office area is very very clean and nice parking is hard to get there there's a sprouts market there it is very good there's Petco I'm leaving is and they're good there's triple a there and you have to wait forever there's a Subway and a Shell gas station and a tire place but all in all I find that place very nice in a variety of places to go there's a bicycle shop also and I believe a dentist and around the there's a Pizza Hut and around the corner is I think a dry cleaners but it's it's a very nice place to shop and why do cross the street is Portola plaza which has a Ralphs and a CVS pharmacy and TJ Maxx and various other little stores so it is a nice...

Sprouts, AAA with DMV services..... Great little center. The only thing is I wish there's a cross walk with a lowered curb near the parking of AAA. It can be a little tricky with traffic, for me cause of hip issues I have. I make it across safely, but for people with walkers or cane's, it might be more difficult. There is a fire lane in the front, and maybe that's why there can't be a lowered curb...
