Pulido has been our family's go to jewelers for years now. My first piece of jewelry I got that Pulido made was my mom's engagement ring diamond that they turned into a solitaire necklace for me. Fast forward and my now husband and I knew exactly where we were going to go for my engagement ring. My husband and Kathy communicated from PGH to MV via email and then we met in person. It was such a wonderful and memorable experience! They made me my dream ring and then suggested the perfect band to my husband. Our experience was so great, we decided to by my husband's wedding band from them as well. They ended up custom making his ring exactly to his specifications!

Kathy and Josh are just wonderful. You know how people say that they have a mechanic or a barber or a florist that they always go to. . . well, Pulido's is our "family jeweler". Whether it's as simple as replacing a watch battery or sizing a ring up or down, Kathy and Josh make you feel like a valued customer. When our son decided to propose to his girlfriend, we took him to see Kathy and Josh because we knew the quality of the engagement ring would be much higher than in any of the jewelry store chains. We were so right to do that. Kathy showed him a wedding ring set that was just exquisite. You can literally see the diamonds sparkle from 20 feet away!
