I have been a regular customer of Saddleback cars for several years now.

Being a female that doesn't know much about cars is a very scary thing unless you totally trust your mechanic. From the first time I met him until now, I've grown to depend on and trust Nick to take care of any of my car's servicing and repairs.

He is so very knowledgeable about ANY kind of car. He gives exceptional advice, service and personalized treatment. He is honest and dependable with huge amounts of integrity. Add to that, he is reasonable in prices and will tell you what to prioritize when you need repairs. And won't state services that are not needed.

He is always friendly, honest and so willing to explain the problems and repairs with your car. I definitely trust what he says and it is such a relief knowing I can go to him with ANY concerns I have with my car. Plus every person I have referred to him feels the exact same way!

You really can't get better than that!!

Scheduled to get my brakes done and received terrible customer service. Nick quoted me a certain price after looking at my car and then added $125 more after the work was done. He wouldn’t tell me why the up charge. Before we went my car was in great condition except for the brakes. The day after he did the work, we did a short road trip and our car check engine light came on. We quickly discovered there was absolutely zero coolant (despite his assurance that all fluid levels were full) and our oil turned to sludge. Our car automatically turned off while driving a busy Highway with an infant in the car. Do not trust him. Do not give him your business. He’s rude and doesn’t care. Because of this shop and Nicks tenacity and knowledge my 1987 300ZX passed the smog that had not passed in the past.
