EntertainMART — Local services in Missoula

The store is a complete asset to have in Missoula. I love to go in and browse there is ALWAYS something new. MOST employees are so very helpful and kind. They will even do special orders from other stores for you! However, cashier LISA has made my last visit to the store completely unenjoyable. She was rude to me when I asked if she had something in store, then when asked if she could look it up she lied about what was in stock simply because she didn't want to help me look. I went and found it by myself. When her other coworker, Ray, walked in to clock in for his shift she left me standing at the counter and had him finish checking me out and she went and stood behind him texting and voice texting on her phone. The phone rang and the guy helping me turned to her to answer the phone and she ignored him so he answered and finally she answered WITH EXTREME ATTITUDE "I was going to answer it but you did" as he hands her the phone to help the customer. She then set the phone down on hold for 5 MINUTES while she texted on her phone before walking to check the availability of whatever the customer on the phone wanted. She took another 5 minutes in the isle texting on her phone before finally coming back the phone to realize the customer had hung up. She called the customer back with such attitude and told them she found what they were looking for while being rude to them because they hung up. Then she slammed the phone diwn on the counter and yelled "what is wrong with people mama mia "😂🤦‍♀️ I can't. Ray was extremely helpful....

although I like to come here this place upsets me cause they put price tags on collectable items where price tags really shouldn't be. I find myself wanting an item then being turned off by the price tag being located on clear plastic or the front of an items box, and not on the bottom of the item or something. I don't like to take the things I have out of the box and I don't like damaging the box by removing the price sticker and I'm sure there are many collectors that feel the same. they do this to all of their Funkos :/ I'm hoping in writing this that...

I enjoy watching DVD movies, and this place is a treasure trove for all kinds of movies. Besides having a very large variety to choose from, if they don't have a movie I want in stock, one store location can query other stores in chain and request it be shipped to the location I use...that's great. Another nice thing is they check each used DVD disc and buff it out if it is scratched. They take trade-ins and give you credit...it's not much...
