I have been eating at Noodle express for 30 years. When my daughter came home for a visit we decided to grab dinner at the mall location. Between everyone in our family we spent 70.00 there was 5 of us. Which is reasonable. Our first interaction with the gal at the register was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her and another gal were arguing who was going to take our order. When the one gal finally came to the register she had an attitude while the other one ran to the dining room and started putting up chairs so we couldn’t sit down to eat.( loud inappropriate music was playing)While the girl was taking our order she made an error on one of the orders so I asked if she could correct it?. Her reply was “you’re actually going to make me delete it and reenter it?” I was taken back but at this point I was starting to get frustrated by the way they were acting. Once we paid and started walking to sit down the girl stopped us and said we had to eat out in the mall and not in the restaurant. It was 45 min until closing and I didn’t want nor like to eat in the middle of the mall. I told her no we ordered to stay not to go.She said it was the policy that people were not allowed to eat in the restaurant 45 minutes prior to closing. After a few words back and forth I finally told her to just refund our money and we’ll go elsewhere. Another kinder girl said ma’am I can push these tables together for you so you can eat in here. I thanked her and then the native girl said. “No, she’s just a dumb white bi&@$.” The manger that was on site heard this while refunding our $$ and said nothing. A young man who was the cook actually stepped in and told her to stop. I was completely taken back. I later found out by calling the next day that the head manager was on vacation and the girl making the racial comment was “written up” not terminated. Because of how this was handled and how they treat their loyal customers of 30 years we will no longer do business with Noodle Express which is unfortunate because we enjoyed the food and the head manager. Reply to your reply::This happened over 9 months ago. I spoke to the manager(Heather, that my husband has know for over 20 years) who gave me the districts managers phone number and informed me the manager was on vacation and that the district manager was just there but was headed back to Spokane? I believe is where she said he was located. Please review your files. My name and phone number was left with the gentleman I spoke with the next day. I did not receive a call back so I decided not to pursue it after he told me she was just written up. I have 4 other people in my party that witnessed this. This young lady may not work there anymore. And I agree you have some really great people working at your establishment. I will email you as...

A couple weeks ago I ordered two bowls with pot stickers for dinner. First off bowls were barely filled at all. Barely any protein. I mean guess what you can take. This has definitely been noticable over the years. I remember when they use to fill them with both. I asked for an extra teriyaki and the chili paste sauce. I received one teriyaki sauce for both bowls. Which is normal. Things happen. But this literally happens almost every single time I order food. The icing on the cake is they completely forgot to give me the pot stickers. So of course I had to call. Ask for management and explain. Then I was told. "You can come here and get them." No dude. I want a refund. I'm not driving all the way back to correct your mistake.
I shouldn't have to check for you to do your job. I've worked plenty of food industry jobs. Don't bite the hand that feeds you. But don't piss your customers either otherwise you...
Read moreIt’s official. Darn! I no longer have a Noodle Express in Missoula I’m willing to waste my money on. After Noodles on Broadway got my order wrong 4 out of the last 5 times, I switched back to the mall. Today I ordered 2 items. Chicken Osaka on noodles with No veggies & Chicken Osaka on white rice with extra slaw. The person grilling, Levi, got both orders wrong. The order was to go so I checked the bag. I handed the order with noodles back to the gal at the counter because it had veggies. She told me to keep it & asked Levi to make another without veggies. Levi sent her to to my table to get the container because “there’s no sense wasting it”, but offered no alternative to having to wait for another order to be made. I should have checked the other order because when I got home I found it did not have...
