Hoagieville — Restaurant in Missoula

I’m a lifelong hoagieville regular and probably have gone to hoagieville arguably more then anyone has ever gone. I literally had a meal named after me for tacos at previous (and much better) locations.

The way I was treated yesterday is unacceptable and will not be rewarded with my business. EVER AGAIN

The man at the counter that had a horrible attitude said something to the chef after we got into it about her poor attitude and them opening 45 MINUTES late.

I watched as they said something to each other and snarked then I got a small order of the worst fries I have ever received.

When I asked for new fries the new ones were just as bad but a little fresher.

Did I also mention it usually takes 7-10 minutes and they took 20+ to get me my fries then the next batch took about 3 minutes and looked like it.

I will never go back to the hoagieville at the mall. You have horrible staff and your food is going downhill fast.

Good luck. You and your staff will need it. If another location with different staff preferably the nasty one man with glasses that doesn’t know how to run a register and has an attitude every time. He is weirdly dressed and has no business...

No good even for mall food. So we had been hoping to eat at Red Robin out side the mall but for some reason they were closed. We had been on the road for 5 hours and were absolutely starving. We went inside the mall hoping to find something. My daughter and I ate sushi but my wife and mother-in-law decided to try hoagieville. The workers were short staffed and both managers were working the counter. You cod tell from their attitude they both hate there job. Wife ordered chicken sandwich no tartar sauce and my mother-in-law ordered the patty melt with sauteed onions. When we got our order there was a ton of tartar sauce and no onions. We would have taken it back but they had already waited a super long time to even get their food and they were so starving they just decided to eat it. When we are leaving my wife decided she wanted another pop refill the worker filled the cup with 80% foam and shoved it back in my direction super bad attitude. Would not recommend and will...

The Southgate Mall location had been a go-to for my kids & myself since I was in high school, but I can't say I will ever go back after our experience Sunday, August 28th, 2022. The kid that took our order never looked us in the face, messed up my daughter's order & then made her to pay to fix their mistake, instead of comping it. The staff was entirely rude. The girl doing the drinks put literally 3 pieces of ice in my daughter's drink & when my daughter asked for more ice, the young lady acted like it was putting her out & didn't even add enough ice for it to cover the top of the liquid. The ice has always been part of the Hoagieville experience!! This whole situation was beyond disappointing, because not only is this only one of 2 locations left, but the Reserve St location is awful, so this was the only "good" one left.
