Wagners is the best of the best! Their beautiful furniture selection is the highest quality anywhere and worth every penny! Throughout the process everyone we worked with — from interior design to delivery services to their management team — were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

Christine introduced us to Jacque, one of Wagners' interior designers, who listened to our ideas and then stunned us with her design/furniture presentations. Wow! Beautiful, creative — perfect! She really helped us visualize by showing us sketches for each room, complete with ideas for furniture, fabric, rugs, lamps.

When the furniture (and window treatments) arrived, the delivery team went to work to complete the final touches. They were excellent to work with and willing to go above and beyond to get everything just right.

Wagner’s was able to order in the furniture group I had my sights on and beat other pricing and deliver to our rural home in a timely and pleasant manner. Three years later when the electronic recliner failed, and the manufacturer stated the chair had parts warranty, but not service, Wagner’s invited us to bring the chair to their store, which we did. The assessed what needed to be repaired, fixed it and were prompt on notifying us when they had completed the repair all at no further charge. They stated that had I been local, they could have come to our house to complete the repair. I wish I lived closer to Wagner’s Home Furnishings- they are fair on pricing and...

Pretty frustrating experience without a good outcome. We ordered chairs in July which were supposed to arrive in October. In October I got a message saying January. It was then moved to mid February and now April. We cancelled. Pretty poor customer service. And they didn't seem to care - didn't try to make it right or keep us updated. Due to inflation - I had to purchase two very similar chairs at another furniture store for $800.00 more than I was going to spend at Wagner's for chairs that never came. Huge waste of my time and I could have bought chairs in October somewhere else and saved money. We are very unhappy...
