We just recently became customers of Quail Valley Jewelers. I needed a diamond replaced on my bridal set and a band for my husband who lost his old one. We tried another jeweler before going to QV for the same service and purchase but we were met with disappointment. Thankfully we were referred to Quail Valley from a family friend. Once we visited QV, we were met with warmth and professionalism. Ismael was so patient with us and gave us several options as to what would work best for our needs. Not only was the service great but the quality of diamonds and gold were impeccable. Turnaround time was also quick. Great little family shop. I brought in a variety of family heirlooms for cleaning and repairs and they did a fantastic job on everything. They restored some of my grandmother's pieces to like new even after they had sat in a drawer for 30 years. You can't even tell they were broken or tarnished.

I also really appreciate that they do all of their in house. I had reached out to a few other shops but they wanted to mail my things to a restoration company in another state for repairs. Here at least I knew who was working on my jewelry and where it was. It really brought me peace of mind.

We found the jewelry store in April while looking for wedding rings. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered my fiance's wedding band and had my custom wedding band designed and created here. I love that they do everything on site as I had to leave my engagement ring for the wedding band to be created. The rings are beautiful and both were ready before their estimate.
