This review is really important.... First this place is NOT open on any major holidays. Their hours are as follows Monday-Saturday 10am to 5:30pm Sunday's 1pm to 5:00pm Staying open late can be arranged as long as you call ahead specify where you're coming from and it's for animals NOT fish They do have financing at the store my take a couple hours but it is worth the wait and time especially if you can afford or have all the money for the new pet or item. There is grooming in which I have NOT heard a problem about to me she does really good work as long as you are specific on what you want. The works there are very polite they greet you when you walk in, very helpful as well they even say goodbye and have a nice day. If there is an animal you want you my have to go into the store to ask the owner Ed about the animal. They do take care of their animals very well, There are warning signs posted so please pay attention. They do their best at keeping the place clean it isn't a hangout place have seen a couple kids get asked to leave do...

Terrible housing of living animals. From dead, improperly housed, to over crowded or microscopic enclosures. I used to come here as a kid to see Boji but this place disgusts me now. Do better or shut your doors. Absolutely animal cruelty. You can NOT house leopard geckos together. You irresponsibly advertise repticarpet as a safe alternative to substrate. These tarantulas are disgustingly stressed out. You house bettas in those tiny little cups and sell goldfish to people buying 5 gallon aquariums. You people give your animals the bare minimum IF THAT!! Many have asked where you get your puppies only to be blocked or ignored leading all to assume you’re getting them from mills. I’ve seen a few dead animals here due to your neglect and honestly irresponsible and unprofessional handling of living beings. If 0 stars were an option you know that’s what you’d get. lol I'm going to give you 5 stars just for being a good sport about "Ben Adríl's" satirical 1-star rating. Also, I have been there to look at puppies a couple of times and they were all really well taken care of and the staff was polite. We plan on buying a puppy (or two) in the coming weeks. I came here now (online) to look into the financing my kids mentioned being available. Nevertheless, we'll be coming in soon to pick out a puppy...or two - up to the wife or I'd...
