Being raised with a Greek heritage, I am very picky when it comes to my Greek food. I was warned this place was very americanized, but was told the food was good none the less. I was very excited about the sides menu as they had classic Greek dishes. First I ordered the avgolemono, they told me they didn't have any. Then, I ordered the potatoes with lemon. As they were serving them up, I noticed they were all completely charred black, so I told them I was no longer interested in them. Then I tried ordering dolmades, and they told me they don't have any. So i ordered the garlic and green beans which were pretty good after I added some lemon juice. I wanted some dessert, so I ordered the rizogalo (rice pudding) and I was told they didn't have any. So I ordered the Spanakopita. Since they didn't have over half of what I tried ordering, I just ordered a pita with all the toppings. The pita was not Greek but it was still good hence the two stars. The Spanakopita was mushy and disgusting which was strange since it consists of five or six ingredients and is pretty easy to make. When I was ordering, I was using the proper Greek pronunciation of the dishes which they had written on their menu in English letters...and the employee looked at me like I was crazy and kept asking what I was saying. Before I even had my food, a male who I believe was either the owner or manager asked me if I was paying cash or card with an attitude of wanting to rush me out of there because he was closing the register which was weird because it was around 4pm and Google says they close at 8pm. I asked if there were certain days they make these dishes that I wasn't able to order or if they just ran out for the day. The response I got was, "I don't know, we're all pretty new here"... Even if you are new, how do you not know if that dish was served earlier in the day or not... Overall, the food was overpriced, they didn't have half of the menu, I felt like I was being rushed out, some of the dishes they did have were disgusting and not edible...
Read morecan't believe I've lived in Mobile all this time without knowing this restaurant existed. WOW!! This place is a top new favorite for me and my family. The place is very clean and sleek inside, and workers are efficient and polite. It's set up like Chipotle/Moe's Southwest Mexican Grill style so you can choose how you want it put together. You have a choice between if you want a pita (like a gyro) for $6.99 or a bowl for $8.99. I think the bowl is the bigger serving hence the higher price. It's what I ordered and was so good and very filling! After telling them which kind of meal you'd like, you select a protein, and a base (rice, lentils, or mixed greens). They will do half of two for you if you'd like also! Then you select the toppings you want such as feta cheese, kalamatta olives, onions, ect..Sauces are selected at the end and you can choose more than one. I didn't try any of their sides but they sounded delicious and my friends and I were all eyeing their spinach pie. They also have 3 desserts..I can only remember two: Baklava and Baklava cheesecake!!! The ingredients used were SO fresh and delicious. We were raving the entire time we ate, the pita was perfection, customer service too--the cashier was so sweet and came over to check on us and ask us if we needed anything at all and brought us extra sauce. I love this place!! It's extremely fast as you get your food immediately but the quality is incredible. We loved how we felt so amazing while eating and afterwards. And for under $10!! This was a true gem in the Mobile area, and we are DEFINITELY going back...Anyone who visits me is also being taken here! It's a must if you...

She came back to the front now she's giving me attitude and asked if my name is Phyllis. I told her yes, she then tells the DM Daniel, yes it's her. She writes down the corporate email and when I asked her for her name and wrote it on the paper she provided she snatched out my hand and told me she doesn't feel comfortable giving me any of the information. I asked her why would she do that? She then puts Daniel, on speaker phone and tells him I won't leave. I asked Daniel, for the info he told me to get out the store called me a bigot and if he comes up there it's going to be a problem. Amy comes out the store takes a pic of me and my tag and told me she's calling the police. Since I left I have been receiving prank calls on my cellphone and phony emails portraying as corporate.
