We purchased accidentally insurance on a very nice set. When we needed to file an insurance claim we found out that the insurance policy was never sent to the company and according to the insurance company whose number we were given by the store l, they aren’t even listed as a store with that insurance company. After tge run around for a couple of weeks. And after threatening a lawsuit we were told to come pick out a replacement. We arrived to a rude encounter at first walk in. Then was told that are total amount paid would work as store credit to pick anything out. But again after only threatening to walk out did they finally agree to replace our set with the exact same set that they originally said wasn’t made anymore. (Our store credit wasn’t enough for the inflated price) But the kicker is after telling us that we could use the credit if we wanted on anything such as mattresses or table etc they say at delivery that they would have taken the damaged set. So we would have been left with no living room set at all. Good thing I was with my hard of hearing disabled mother or they would have taken complete advantage of her. Which they obviously did on the sale of the accidental insurance on the original set. I am great full they finally replaced her set. Even though they say it will not even have a warranty. And the back of the damaged recliner had to be used to replace the damaged back of the new replacement recliner. But the aggravation and the rudeness we encountered was very unprofessional when it was their fault...
Read moreI bought a bedroom set with a warranty in August. the dresser came damaged, and the dresser stool was missing. They took a long time to deliver the stool and find a technician to do the repair for the damaged furniture. I was told that warranty covers everything even if I don't use the furniture with warranty for years I can return it back, which thank God I didn't believe, but I still bought warranty for just in case if I needed. The warranty covers nothing. After waiting for months for their technician, I finally asked for my money for the damaged furniture, but they refused right away, and I got a call from a repair service who received the work order just before they call me. The technician came and couldn’t do the repair. I asked them to replace it for me but they don't care about their costumers. I have paid more than 10k on this furniture set, and I have waited months nice and patiently trusting them and their service. So...
Read moreWent into the store to buy a king size inner spring with memory foam mattress instead we were sold a king mattress with memory foam only. Sheets will not stay on mattress and there is already a permanent hole where I sleep. I've only had this mattress since feb2016 it's worthless and I rarely sleep on it because I already have a bad back. I feel as though we were ripped off for the 750.00 we paid for something usless to me. This company sucks and has screwed me for the last time I do not recommend anyone buy from here.
