Baring the wait for our server, and time to get our food (I’ll explain), this visit was a good visit. There was frustration involved, but I’ll explain why, because I don’t know that I see our troubles getting frequently replicated. Our first trouble was simply getting waited on. We were brought to a table almost right away. However, we had staff member after staff member passing by, and not one acknowledged our existence. They were understaffed, so that didn’t help either. We didn’t even know who was supposed to stop and serve us. After about 20 minutes, I was ready to leave if something didn’t change. I got up and walked around until I found a staff member, and told them we had been waiting forever, and to see if they could find out who was supposed to help us. Finally a gal came out and said it wasn’t her area, but she’d found that no one was currently assigned to the area or table that we were at, so she would help us. So, this was a simple oversight, that I’m guessing doesn’t happen often, so we let that pass. The 2nd issue was the wait time for the food. This we were told was both in part due to being understaffed (a current American epidemic as we all know), and also they had a large multi-table group order ahead of us. So again, not something you’re going to run into all the time. So over all I’m guessing you likely won’t experience either of our issues, and if so, maybe one or the other. So I’m still calling this a good experience baring those 2 things. Our waitress was exceptional. She made sure she took care of us well. Both in her personality, good attitude and doing her job well. Perhaps it was because she knew we had the issues, but doesn’t matter, she did very well. Food was also very good. Between the 2 of us, we got tye MAHI w/ shrimp, along with bacon Mac and cheese and a bowl of corn chowder with lump crab, & the grilled pork chop with coleslaw. We also got a complimentary cheesecake due to our prior troubles. We didn’t ask for this, she offered it because she knew of what we had faced on our visit. Again, a good perk on the side of the waitress. I wouldn’t hesitate to give the place a try again when in the region. I think both issues would likely not happen again, and our experience otherwise, was a good one.

We came here last year for our Anniversary and there were several issues with our visit. I called and talked to Mike ( managing partner) and we talked to a while about the issues. My Wife and I came here again yesterday ( Nov 14th) for our Anniversary. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was totally different on the better side. We were greeted quickly, congratulated on our anniversary and taken to our seat. Immediately our hostess Jada H came to our table, welcomed us and also congratulated us as well. She took our drink and appetizer order. She was so sweet and very happy. Then we got our food and IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! What a complete turn around they have made. Jada came back and checked on us several times and made sure we were doing ok. We got to talk to Mike and we both congratulated him on the wonderful turn around they have made. He was so nice, polite and professional and was a pleasure to meet. We will definitely be back more often. So Bonefish, thanks for making our Anniversary Dinner so amazing and fun. Today, we had lunch at bonefish, there where 6 people in our party and maybe 3 other tables had family's as well. The server was nice. Of the 5 steaks we ordered all where tough. They where cooked well, but didn't have much flavor. The chicken my wife ordered was good and they did have a Gluten free menu for her. For desert we ordered a flourless brownie, it was very good. Over all i would not recommend it. A poor quality 6oz steak and 2 disappointing sides where not worth the Tuesday's catch of the day "value meal" of $14. (Normally more). The fries where soggy, with only a little crisp. The waiter couldn't keep our drinks topped off in their tiny glasses, and one of the glasses had a large visible crack running down it (it wasn't leaking but could shatter if bumped over). For what it is everything was over priced for such small portions. Because if this we didn't get any seafood. I would not recommend bonefish, instead try TGI Fridays, Longhorn, or Ruby Tuesdays.

We came here last year for our Anniversary and there were several issues with our visit. I called and talked to Mike ( managing partner) and we talked to a while about the issues. Today, we had lunch at bonefish, there where 6 people in our party and maybe 3 other tables had family's as well. The server was nice. Of the 5 steaks we ordered all where tough. Just had an unbelievable experience with curb side pick up. Started off well, ordered on line, waited the appropriate time, then went to pick it up. This is where it went wrong in some many ways. There were no curb size parking spots, they were filled with people entering the restaurant. So I parked in front, called the pick up line numerous times with no answer. Finally gave up on that, went inside. It took asking two different waiters before I found the curb side pick up area which had no one at the station. Once again, asked another waiter he went to check on it. He came back and said it would be 20 mins. He said you can wait in the bar. The reason I am during curb side is because I have a sick family member at home with cancer. I can not be exposed to covid and as I looked over the restaurant not one customer had a mask on and the bar was packed. People shoulder to shoulder. I told the waiter that this is not an appropriate solution. He said ok, go wait in your car and we will call you in 20 mins. I went out in the cold, waited 40 mins and no call. Once again I had to actually enter the restaurant for my curb size order. I ask another waiter and he said let me check. At this point I am standing by the curb side order station, the server that was working the curb side station appeared from the kitchen area. I asked her about my order, she said let me check on it. The waiter came back and said “it’s almost ready”’ I stood there waiting for another 20 mins. Two different waiters asked me why I was standing there. I let them know I was waiting on my order that was “almost ready” The second waiter ask me to stand in the corner. I couldn’t believe it. She was not nice at all and was obviously annoyed that I was standing there. The place I had been told to wait for my curb side “ almost ready”. I stood in the corner for another 20 mins. So total time at the restaurant for a pick up curb side order is now one hour and twenty minutes. The customers seated were receiving their food while I waited for a curb side order that was placed 40 mins before I even drove to the restaurant. The total time from placing the order to this point is two hours. Customers continued to enter the restaurant, not one of them had on a mask. I realized this is too risky for me and my family to stand in this environment. I decided to leave. When I was leaving, I saw the server that was in charge of the curb side order station. Told her I was leaving and asked her why she never came back to let me know about my order. No apology or explanation about the curb size order service. Her only response was I told someone to tell you about your order. First off this was by far the worst restaurant experience of my life! My wife made reservations for our daughters sweet 16 party in December for the date of February 4 2023. As we arrived early to set up the party we were told that there wasn't a table ready for us and we had to wait! After our entire guest list arrived we had to wait a whole hour before we were finally seated! After being seated our waitress took 20 minutes to even come to our table and asked us what we wanted before even giving us menus! Then the rude and unprofessional waitress came back and gave me a bunch of menus for me to pass out to our guests. She didn't even count them as they were still not enough! It took over another hour to start getting food coming out and most of it was cold and disgusting. The waitress was especially rude to my mother to the point that my mother was insulted and sent her food back and left. As she was paying for her food I instructed the waitress that I would be paying for the entire table. I was also going outside to clear my head because I was totally livid. The waitress then rudely asked "well where is he going" as if I was going to walk out and not pay the bill! I told her she was totally out of line and she argued with me as she left! Then my mom went to the bar to get change and saw her telling the other employees that we were skipping out on the bill! I immediately asked for the manager and told her how insulting this was and how this service totally ruined our daughters birthday experience! The manager was sincere accommodating and discounted our bills and removed the rude waitress from our table. Even after that we never got a real waitress to come and refill our drinks or check on us! Horrible experience that ruined my baby's sweet 16 experience. We spent a lot of money and time preparing for this and we will never be able to get that moment again! I'm really disappointed to the point that we're gonna throw her another party to reconcile how ridiculous this event was! This was totally embarrassing! I will never visit this establishment again and would never refer this for anyone's dining experience. That waitress needs to be dismissed immediately! Giving this review 1 star is an overstatement and discounting our bills and giving us a 50 dollar gift doesn't fix the moment we lost! I wish I knew the waitresses name But she was so rude and unprofessional that she never even greeted us! Totally underwhelming experience! And to top it off they had the nerve to charge me without my consent my mother's meal which see sent back on a whole...
