I wish I could give negative stars.
I will start off with the positive and say the staff was very friendly. However, the negative definitely out ways the positive. I took my phone in for screen repair at 11 AM and did not leave with my phone until 6:48 PM. I was told originally that it would take 2 hours for the phone to be fixed. I arrived 2 1/2 hours later and the phone was not fixed and was told it would be 15 more minutes. I then arrive 30 minutes later and it was still not fixed and I was told that there was an issue with going through the steps needed to release the phone and that a manager was called to fix the issue. I then arrive at 4 PM and was told that it would only be five more minutes, I ended up waiting and an hour and then a tech comes out and explains that the phone could not be fixed without replacing another part that would cost an extra $89 but they would not be able to release the phone until it was fixed and the part would have to be ordered. The only feasible option to leave with my phone was to have them put my old broken screen on, so that is what I chose. An additional hour and 45 minutes later I finally was able to leave with my phone.
So my frustration is that it was literally an 8 hour process just to leave with my broken phone.
While I was there from 4:00 PM to 6:48 PM I witnessed a technician give someone the wrong phone as well as give someone else a newly broken screen that had been "fixed". So I am not encouraged with the competency of the place at all.
Some advise that I have for store management to help with customers waiting: If you are going to play Christmas music please do not leave it on loop with the same 4 songs, that gets old FAST. Also after an extremely long wait it would have been nice to have some magazines or reading material in the lobby. After all you have my phone, what am I suppose to do beside watch the repetitive TV screen of Ubreakifix advertisements and Iphone 6 repair over 658 times. A TV wouldn't be a horrible investment either.
Another thing is, DO NOT give customers unrealistic time frames - as i was given . If you don't know how long it's going to take to fix just be honest with the customer. As I mentioned the workers were friendly but after physically waiting in the lobby after the first hour, I was completely ignored for the remaining hour and 48 minutes as i'm sure the entire store (employees included) were aware of my frustrations after 3 hours of watching broken phones walk in and out by other customers.
Just be cautious before making the mistake of using this company, especially if you...
Read moreI think I stumbled across the last company on the planet willing to put customers above profit – and doing so while providing amazing customer service.
I took my phone in around noon on a Saturday (9/30), thinking I needed the battery replaced. The store was extremely busy, and with only one person working the front desk for a good while, I did have to wait at least 45 minutes to talk with someone. While waiting, I had the chance to watch/listen to the person working the desk and was amazed with her calm, professional manner - never once sounding annoyed/frustrated/anxious and never making customers feel rushed. She took her time and was thorough in asking questions until she was able to assess the true repair needed.
When it was my turn, a second staff member came to help at the desk, and he's the person who helped me. After hearing the trouble I had with my phone, instead of assuming I was correct and replacing the battery, he took time to use the store’s charger block and cable to test the ability of the battery to charge. It turned out both of the charging blocks I have had apparently gone bad, and all I needed was a new block. Additionally, the guy tested the charger and cord I was going to purchase to make sure they'd work for me so I wouldn't be buying something and still not able to charge the phone. This turned out to be a HUGE help to me because the box for the charging block was mislabeled and not what I needed. In the end, I paid $40ish instead of at least $100.
Due to the wonderful customer service, I will never even consider taking my devices to any other repair store. I’ll try to go on a weekday in the future, but if I can’t for some reason, I’m more than willing to wait for a store that is honest and has such wonderful staff. Thank you...
Read moreWARRANTY IS A LIE!!!! SUB PAR SCREENS BREAK IN A WEEK!!! The good review are FAKE!!! They bribe for a good review!!! My daughter, Elizabeth Bunkley had her phone fixed there last week. They put in a Sub par screen that went out. The replacement screen went out while she was sitting on the couch. When we went to return the phone, to get the screen replaced with a working screen, they looked it over, the manager called the representative on the phone and had the guy send a few pictures over and he was looking for any reason to void the warranty. The representative took 2 pictures. The first picture had the screen protector on it that they gave her for writing a 4 star review on google!!! It's a few below this one. The screen protector was flawless. The second picture the manager asked the representative to pull of the screen protector and send him another picture!!!! No physical damage to the screen!! It was under the screen protector they put on the phone!!!. Then they take in the phone and tell then it 2 hours later I get a voicemail from them saying that they can't fix the phone because the screen had a non existent scratch in it. I will be calling the better business bureau and filing a complaint as well as contacting the police and demanding a refund if they will not replace the screen under their 90 day warranty. DO not have your phones fixed here as they do not honor their warranty if something goes wrong with their work or their labor. Warranty is a Lie. Management also lies to try to get out of it. I will be posting this daily so people know what a piece of garbage the management is at...
