Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Mobile

I saw alot of people order food from here and so I decided to try it. I had crab ragoons and a chicken bowl. Waste of money I have ever spent. Not only was the chicken(bowl) dry, it did not have any taste at all like I got boiled chicken and dried white rice. The crab ragoons should not be called ragoons but fried dough, because it was hardly any filling. It was less than a gram of filling was inside any of them. $14.40 would’ve been better spent at Panda Express and I thought they were bad but it’s 5 star restaurant compared to them. This was my first and last time ever buying anything from them. Be better off going to happy sushi, golden dragon, Japanese express, Panda Express, or...

I usually don't do bad Google reviews. I believe if you don't have anything good to say then don't say anything. We'll this 1 is the exception. Disclaimer I love Hibachi Express. This is my 1st and last time going to Old Shell Rd location. Veggies were mostly broccoli stalks (no heads) and the rice tasted old. Steak seemed alot thinner then I'm used to. Positive note, this is my 1st time trying the shrimp and it was good. I couldn't even get my normal order because this location claimed they couldn't do it, although my main 2 locations do it every time I go.

Picked up the Hibachi Chicken entree for dinner. There was no line at the drive thru, but the service was still slow. For the amount of time I was waiting, I thought surely they must be making the food fresh to order. Not a chance - got home and opened up the box to see old food.
