CIGAR CLUB — Local services in Modesto

I enjoyed a couple smokes at this shop in the past fee months. The lounge area is a decent size, the humidor is immense and impressive. Unfortunately the staff doesn't stand by their products and have the attitude that once it leaves the store it's not their problem. Albert recommended 2 Xikar Humidification devices would be sufficient for my 400 count wineador. After placing them in and letting things settle for 3 days the humidity never got higher than 60%. I even went ahead and purchased my own XIkar brand polypropylene solution to make sure the devices were filled. Upon trying to return them to the store today, I was told by Albert that there was nothing wrong with his product and it must be my equipment. I have 2 calibrated digital hygrometers in my wineador. He wouldn't let me return the product for a refund or even store credit. Any decent shop would have taken the return or at least offered store credit. This shop seems to be ok with losing a customer over $50 that would have spent hundreds of dollars a year...

My late wife frowned on my enjoying a cigar either in the house or on our home's deck. I discovered Modesto had a cigar club and of course I joined it. A benefit of club membership is one receives three cigars a month. Sadly, on May 17 2022, lost my wife to illness and my own health went into decline. In September 2022 my health precluded my going to the club.

This September I went back to the club. I was greeted and discovered, frankly to my surprise, that the club had set up a bag in their humidor and I was presented with the entire year's worth of cigars! This is a club can join kowing that you'll be remembered. I'll be enjoying going to the club on a regular basis heading off into the future. Between the staff and the members it's a great place to spend a few hours and well...

Cigar Club is an amazing store but it's way more than just that, as soon as you walk in you can smell the fresh Tobacco smoke from the various regular customers lounging in the many leather chairs provided, chatting and watching the sports on wall mounted TV'S. There's also an outdoor lounge if you prefer.

Apart from the experience, Cigar Clubs range of products is astonishing, anything you would want they have.

I myself came in for a Pipe and with the help of Adam, one of the owners, I was able to settle on a gorgeous Rossi Rubino. Adam walked me through everything I needed and then let me choose which Tobacco I'd enjoy, of which they again have a wall of choices.
