If I could give zero stars, I would.
This office used to be reliable, but it's gone downhill, especially when it comes to communication and patient care. The front desk staff is disorganized, often leaving you on hold and failing to follow up about account balances or billing issues.
Up until June, I had a $0 balance. But when I showed up for my appointment, I was told I couldn’t be seen due to an unpaid balance. This was incredibly frustrating, considering they had confirmed my insurance just the day before and made no mention of any outstanding charges. If there was truly a balance, I should’ve been informed during that call, not blindsided when I arrived. I wasted time, gas, and energy for nothing.
What’s worse is that I always ask in advance when scheduling and before arriving ,if I owe anything, specifically to avoid surprises like this. At the front desk, I was told the balance was $164. When I called today, it suddenly jumped to over $1,000. The inconsistency is shocking and unprofessional.
Beyond the billing issues, I also don’t feel seen or heard in the back during my visits with the dentist. My concerns are often brushed off, and I leave feeling like my needs weren't addressed at all. The lack of attentiveness and genuine care is deeply disappointing.
They claim to be improving their financial and patient care systems but frankly, these are issues that should have been handled years ago. It’s no longer the trustworthy office it once was. Take your money, time, and health elsewhere. You...
Read moreThis is an update from an earlier, positive review I left. I should have written this sooner. Long story short, they did a crown which cracked off a week later.
They said they did not fit the crown right the first time. The young Dr. Cheema ended up shaving healthy tooth above the crowned tooth, which seemed weird but he said was normal. The second crown popped off again and they did some more shaving. The 3rd crown they placed on then shattered again but that time with pain. I went in and they said it’s fine, we can just get a new one and do some more shaving. Which was my last straw, I ended up going to another dentist and spent another $1200 out of pocket to get it right. And I still have sensitivity when I bite on the crown, but none of the x-rays can explain why. I was disappointed because the front office staff was very nice, and the dental assistants were very good. But giving 3 chances to get the crown right was already being way too generous.
Not to mention the young Dr. Cheema was being a bit rude. At one point he accidentally hit the TV and joked “I have to be careful not to shatter the TV like your dental crown.” When you are a nervous patient, jokes like that aren’t appropriate.
Also, they charged my insurance for a “deep cleaning” but it was no better than a regular cleaning I had done at my new dentists and the new dentist claimed my gums weren’t as bad as...
