Second time writing this lost the other one, so I ordered 75$ worth of food. The food was all very good. The cashier had came up to me instantly when I walked in and she gave me a menu while asking me if I was going to dine in(with solid English better than most). She offered me a seat and didn't rush me. We ordered the food and while I was undecided she offered me a recommendation and I took it. The sweet and sour chicken she recc was amazing. It was as if my mom or dad was Vietnamese and made me a meal. The flavor was the best I've had for that specific dish versus other places like Lees kitchen and Sengs. My dad has an allergy to Gluten (he had duck pho) and so I can confirm that some of this food is safe for a celiac or gluten sensitive person. I was given sauce packs and I really would recommend this place to anyone trying to support small businesses that provide food with quality ingredients, nothing old always fresh/hot. I don't know why I decided to walk in and give them another chance, huge mistake. I ordered a rare steak pho which took nearly 30 minutes to get. I drive all the way home only to discover that it wasn't what I ordered. I drive back because I wasn't going to let the mistake slide again. Not only did I not get anything more than a "sorry" but the male employee had the audacity to pull the order ticket and show me what was written down. I'm pretty sure I know what I ordered, 21 doesn't sound anything like 18. Instead of taking accountability for their usual incompetence and mistake, he decides it's a better idea to show me I'm wrong. We used to get a container half full with food, and now we barely get a cup. Every time we’ve ordered food lately we’ve been bringing the serving issue up and they make an excuse. today we ordered soup and our usual meals and today’s serving was almost disrespectful. We had to return to the restaurant and inquire about it and we got no resolution and were only offered to be charged more to be given a complete plate like we used to.
