I will leave it here. Josh has poor communication skills and bad work ethics. We never even were able to call him and when I did he yelled and hung up on me.. He caused my husband and I to lose a lot of money for our first time home we wanted to buy. Josh procrastinated to many times. We were left on the back burner, literally I felt as if my husband were in a small raft in the sea and we had no guide in direction/ clue on what was going on! I would definitely, walk away and go with someone that is more polite as well. Also, when I complained to joshes regional manager, he wrote my husband a message about me. Thatā€™s was so immature.. I attached the letter on here

I canā€™t say enough good things about Josh and his team. He was very honest from Day one with me that he could get my loan approved. Josh and his team literally had less than a month to get me approved and closed based on the builders demands on the sale of this house. During this stressful process Josh was in constant contact with me reassuring me that It would get done. I am so pleased that I stuck with Blue Print Home Loans, when other lenders said there is no way any lender could get me approved. If you have any doubt or been told you wont get approved allow Josh and his team to do what they are best at, Proven others wrong

2 for 1 review: 3 years ago when we wanted to purchase our first home everyone else we tried working with made it seem impossible or said we'd have to put down an insane amount of money that we didn't have. We got connected with Josh and a few weeks later we were home owners and had a very affordable down payment!

Flash forward to now and we wanted to refinance. I had lost touch with josh and wanted to shop around for peace of mind. Got the run around again and again and was told the refinance was not possible after having a rough year financially. We were not the most ideal clients but Josh and his team worked their tails off to make us feel important. He kept touch every step of the way and answered my 100 questions in layman's terms which I appreciated.

Josh is a very personable person and creates a welcoming atmosphere to anyone that works with him. Thank you for all your hard work...

I have bought 2 houses with Josh. I have also refinanced multiple times. Josh makes the process easy. He is as honest, and trustworthy, I met Josh 10 years ago on a recommendation from a realtor and he has never let me down. I would highly recommend at least giving him a call if you are looking for advice, refinance, or mortgage.

It is nice to have a go to guy that takes care of you.

Update: it's been a year since my review, mortgage rates dropped again and Josh helped me with another refinance last month. Everything went smoothly and as always and again Josh went above and beyond to help me through the process. I recommend Josh to anyone looking for a straight shooter they can trust. Josh and his team recently helped me close on the house of mine and my families dreams, Iā€™ve been working with josh for the last 2 years on trying to get us into a house and there were so many obstacles that seemed like they would prevent us from getting into a house but josh and his team never quit on us and always helped with the best of resolutions. It was definitely a relief finding such a dedicated team and one who took the time to explain all the loan lingo and made sure we fully understood everything going into our first home loan.
