Beyond exceptional customer service, makes you feel like you belong here family, my card was declined,I knew I had the money but even though I didn’t walk out that day with what I wanted they still went above and beyond to teach me the basics on charging ,my first . I come from nitro so it was a slow process lol . Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to RCLynx to pick up an order I made from their website and was told they don't process orders online and they wanted me to pay an invoice they sent through my paypal. After talking to paypal and my bank I was told that the merchant (RC Lynx) needs to accept the money I sent them through the website payment process, lo and behold they said the money isn't there. Asian lady in the store front is nice, but Fat John or whatever his name is was very rude and doesn't seem like he wants to help out. Made me feel like they don't want my business so guess what, not going back here again. GO TO CENCAL HOBBIES INSTEAD, friendlier people and will help you out with any questions you have. They have always pulled through in doing the research on getting my RCs back on the road with the correct components.

They have OEM parts and wide aftermarket availability for various models and makes.

Whenever I'm in a pinch and needing something specific or just wanting to spend some bucks, John and Tam have been the best of service to me and great friends to me in my hobby journey.
