El Rincon Taco Shop — Restaurant in California

I have eaten at many taquerias and have never tried this place until today, I wanted to see what they were all about cause I was hungry and in the area, it is a taco shop so you would think they would have least some good tacos, if its a new place I always order 3 tacos with carne asada and a coca-cola as a standard. So I ordered that the tacos were prepared and delivered fairly quick and looked delicious upon being delivered and had sliced jalapeños and radish on the side I was surprised at how large they were. The Tacos however were not good the meat had no seasoning at all it tasted so bland. The meat had a bland flavor like chewing on cardboard or a manilla folder or the scent of an old book was the flavor of the carne asada I was really shocked at how terrible they were, luckily I had the coca-cola to wash down the bad taste of the tacos. How are you guys a taco shop and you make tacos that are this terrible? I'm a wedito and I could show you guys a thing or two about making some delicious tacos. They were so incredibly flavorless other than the flavor of chewing on cardboard. If I would have known they were that bad I would have just eaten a cardboard box. terrible... just terrible... now I know at least not to...

Regular customer, first time reviewing. I must say the food here has tremendous potential as it is made quickly and tasty. Although on more than one occasion some of the ingredients in my order seemed out of date, or poorly kept. Sometimes the food would have a weird taste or the food my have a look that might perceive to be outdated. Let's talk about customer service, on more than one occasion the employees seem to go out of their way to be rude and have no problem displaying this type of attitude. Been here a few times, but they don't want to seem to help me out, I'm just waiting by the counter, waiting for them to serve me and the young guys are just on their phone or talking to each other. I asked for burritos and tacos with little to no salt, they got mad and threw in so much salt to mess with me, I asked when they gave me the order if it was no salt, they say of course, we got you don't worry while smiling and laughing.
