so here is my experience with Trutech tools . I ordered a Testo 557 with Bluetooth digital gauge .Ii received it the next day which is great, I opened the package to find that the right swivel hose holder port does not swivel. it hurts when you pay $460 for a product and end up receiving a defective one . I called Trutech tools and after several tries and a voice message they finally called me back ( it turns out they were having phone problems),anyway they helped me and sent me a replacement product and I received it the next day ( which also great ). I used the Testo 557 for one day and on the second day I noticed that the high side pressure rises gradually knowing that the high side hose was not hooked up and all the knobs were closed tight .I called Testo tech support and they told me that I either have bad O rings or leaky sight glass , and that Fu**ed me right in the heart, any way I called TruTech And told them I want my money back , so they sent me a return and I am waiting on my full refund . long story short , you might be satisfied by their customer service but to receive a defective Product not only once but twice in a row , that is unacceptable and that why I gave them only 2 stars . Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience with True Tech Tools’ customer care. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on tools from them, but on multiple occasions, items were out of stock after I placed an order and didn’t ship for months. As a busy business owner, I don’t always have time to track every purchase.
After never receiving an item, I reached out to customer care to inform them. Initially, I thought the item was never shipped, but after tracking it with their support team, we discovered that it had been shipped and lost by the carrier. Rather than assisting me, they told me to reach out to the shipping carrier myself and refused to get involved.
When I contacted the carrier, they informed me that the shipper should file the claim. I relayed this to True Tech Tools, but they dismissed my request, saying it wouldn’t amount to anything.

Read moreI sent my combustion meter to them and paid to just have it calibrated $119. I reached out to them a couple weeks later to find out where it was. They said it would be done soon. They ended up finding another $360 in sensors they say it needed and did work without any authorization. They sent an email saying it was shipped and gave me tracking number. When I saw it said it was delivered I inquired because I didn't recieve it. They told me that the charging port was broken (always worked fine for me) and they shipped it to Testo for repair and Testo would bill me seperate. So now total will be in excess of $700 for a calibration without ever getting in touch with me to inform me or get authorization. When I told them I wasn't going to pay that for a meter that worked fine and new cost only a couple hundred more than this calibration they said they will get it back from testo and undo all they did to it and send back. So now I am out the $119 plus $50 shipping and still don't have my meter back.. Meter worked and charged before I sent it to them. I have ordered several thousand dollars in product from them. ...
