This is by far one of the worst experiences I have received from a courier/shipping company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Long story short, I purchased an important item for my husband at the end of November and opted in for 3 day shipping. I received confirmation from the purchasing company that the order was shipped and Laser ship was the delivery service. I received confirmation via the Laser Ship website that the package was received by Laser ship in Mogadore, Ohio and that it was processing. THAT WAS 12/1/2021. When I contacted Laser ship for the second time the guy on the phone said Laser Ship "cant control the packages" and that he did not know where the package was. I offered to pick the package up in person and he proceeded to state that "that cant happen", "it doesn't work like that". I asked to speak to a manager whom he refused to transfer to AND he refused to give me a phone number I could use to speak with someone in charge. He suggested I reach out to the seller although when I put in my tracking number in their (Laser ship) website, it stated that my package was "received by my local Laser ship facility". I notified him that the shipment information hadn't been updated in 11 days and he continued to state he couldn't present the package to me. I asked if it was lost and he couldn't answer. I asked for a name for when I filed a complaint and you know what? - HE HUNG UP ON ME. Bottom line, I had to request a refund and now I am out of luck without a package, having to purchase an additional item through another company because the original company was sold out AND I had to pay more money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE RUDE, INEFFECTIVE, IRRESPONSIBLE AND COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. THEY GIVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT REACH FOR SOLUTIONS. THE GUY WAS NICE INITIALLY THEN BECAME COMPLETELY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE....

Since receiving packages from them I have received repeated filthy packages as if the warehouse is in the city alley then itās (your item has reached the warehouse emails) and multiple times no communication after that and then they just randomly show up days later. Christmas time 2022 my package was for sure stolen by the company I received all the details of delivery and yet my house cameras tells me it was never delivered! Not to mention what costumer service do they actually have. Recently my last two deliveries were open as if they decided to see if it was any value to them or not! And my current situation AGAIN is your items made it to the warehouse 6 days ago on a Wednesday a business working day at that and here I am a week later still just on your item is at our warehouse. I understand a business being busy right but itās clear the workers there are thieves! Yes I said it, not only are they thieves my neighbor who briefly worked there at the Mogadore, OH location realized there are two males working there who has their system of āgetting overā on peoples items they paid their hard earned money for so that being a fact! If you are a business DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this company. Itās like a slumlord is running the place and now the employees are taking advantage of the careless behavior from whoever is suppose to be in charge š¤·š½āāļø every time I see your package has been transferred to lasership Iām instantly annoyed because I know itās a .5 out of 10 chance Iāll actually get my stuff 1/10 I donāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hope that this review finds its way to the multiple major retail stores (Michael's and Old navy/Gap I'm looking at you) who are using this company. I realize that there are shipping issues this holiday season but I have been fortunate enough not to have had any issues with other major carriers, (UPS, Fedex USPS, and AMAZON) who will even have the decency to have tracking info and delay notifications if there even is an issue, let alone a customer service member to speak to. I also understand that these retail companies are trying to get things shipped for customers and can only do so much on their end. But if you call the laser ship number that is listed there is no customer service to talk to about multiple "missing" or "late" packages from many different major retail stores. Somehow all of my packages are stuck in Dayton, NJ and may or may not really be there, no one really knows. I can tell you my advice and what I will be doing in the future is to ONLY order from stores that offer UPS/ Fedex for shipping. I absolutely refuse to shop at a major retail store that has this as a carrier for shipment. By the way, I am only giving this company a star because I have to in order to post this otherwise it does not...
