Polonia Catering catered my wedding reception. First off they have a huge menu and great variety of food. We also did the tasting which I was so glad we did because it really helped narrow down exactly what we were looking for. The tasting itself was amazing and hands down sealed the deal. Michael was so professional throughout the entire experience. The day of the team went above and beyond. I received numerous compliments on the food. First off it was delicious. Secondly the staff was so through. They were so attentive. And made sure the tables were set up before the party. And helped with even small things like turning on my led candle lights. I truly appreciate everything your team did. Secondly we hired the bar staff through Polonia Catering as well and let me tell you they were equally as amazing. They keep the drinks cold and flowing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Let me start by saying I live in Florida and needed a caterer for Thanksgiving as our family is over 35 people and that is a lot of cooking. I found Polonia Catering online and read the reviews and thought let me try them out. Well, I was BLOWN AWAY! From placing the order, to getting the food delivered on Thanksgiving. The food was amazing, the tastes and flavors were so good. Everyone raved about the food, even the picky eaters that were there. With everyone having at least 2 plates each of food there was still leftovers for everyone to take some home. Next time my family do a big get together, we will be calling again. Polonia just catered a Wedding Shower for me. The food was delicious. We had the kabobs, charcuterie, fruit & vegetable trays, and dessert tray. There was more than enough food and everyone was asking where it was catered from. They were very helpful when I was selecting the food.
