I have been going since they basically been open. The first time I was not able to rest, with the magnesium float it had greatly helped my nerve pain and other aches and pains that I get. After the next times, I fell asleep and Aarlyn and Joni are amazing and very comforting in the support to make your float amazing and personalized to you! I usually get hot so I ask for them to turn it down a few degrees and they will :)) How it releases my pains is phenomenal and I am a firm believer and it works! Just give your time to adjust. It will take at least 2 floats to get used to things. I love the fact you can either turn on/off the lights as well as on and off for the music. I love that it is private and the showers are right in the same room leaving it to be safe and comfortable. You can easily get a shower and redressed.. It’s clean, safe, and comfortable. Try out their new table too!! I always feel relaxed and stress free. My sleeps are always the best after the floats!! Also their sister company has the most amazing juices and nutritional program. That program has literally saved my life. Through their nutritional program over 6 months, I am continually working with them. My A1C dropped from 6.3 to normal range of 5.6 and it’s now my sugars are controlled when it used to be over 250-320 after eating. and this blood sugar was the lowest I have seen it in years! I am also eating all fruits again!!! My kidney, liver and rare autoimmune are at manageable levels! I lost 40lbs and it’s naturally coming off without struggle. For the first time in my life I have all normal blood work!! I have learned to be in control of the food and the food not in control of me. Now, between the floats, juices and the nutritional program , this is the best and healthiest I have felt my best in over 32 years!!! You won’t be disappointed in any of what they have to offer from the floats to juices to their nutritional program. I am forever grateful and thankful and will be going as long as I am alive. The support and personal touches for what they have to offer is everything and I feel safe and I am super happy with the results. There truly is not enough words to say because it is all truly that amazing and that what makes it for me. Thank you!!

From start to finish, my first FLOAT Quad Cities experience was divine. Upon arriving I was quickly escorted to my changing/shower room that led into the FLOAT sensory deprivation tank (loaded with 20k pounds of Epsom Salts, mind you!), and given a very informative orientation. I don't know quite how to explain my 60-minute FLOAT experience, itself. I chose to have earplugs in with the low hum of meditation music, and no lights. You'd be surprised how buoyant our bodies are in salt water! The facilities are impeccable + sanitary. Beautiful + peaceful. Upon entering FLOAT Quad Cities, you will be met by Pink Himalayan salt chunks, authentic + pointed quartz crystals, peaceful music, and a friendly employee. The "scene" of this place is best described in one word: SERENITY. Personally, I struggle with anxiety + depression (as we ALL do, I'm finding as of late), and with the mental pain comes the physical pain. I was hoping to reach a point in my session where I could let go of all the extraneous + weighty thoughts that clog up my mind. I wanted to reach a place of complete reception. I can safely say that I was able to reach a point in those 60 minutes where I "let go". My brain started acting differently, as it was shooting endorphins throughout my entire neurological structure. All of the outside world's "noise" was silenced both on the external level + in my own mind. I could feel my spine "crack" a bit, as my entire back realigned itself, naturally. (This further strengthens my belief that our bodies know exactly what to do to heal it, only if we allow it) A+ A+ A+. I can't say enough amazing things about FLOAT Quad Cities + my experience. I would recommend this to ANYONE. If you are hesitant with "small spaces" of any kind, no worries! These are not "capsule tanks". They are Float Rooms. Rooms you can stand in. Please don't let that deter you from what I found to be one of the best things I could've done for myself. Thank you, FLOAT QC! And side note: your crystals are amazing! -Adam

This was our first time doing a float but will not be our last. Aaralyn, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Before the float, she gave an extensive orientation that answered many questions. I will admit to being nervous about staying in a dark chamber for an hour but Aaralyn assured us that we could keep a small light on for as long as we needed it. There was also meditative music. Getting into the pool was a little slippery but Aaralyn warned us about that and there were grab bars to help. I was worried about being cold but the temp was perfect. Floating was so easy and I used the first few minutes to become comfortable in the pool. To my surprise I wanted the lights off and the music soon followed. It did take some time but soon all I was aware of was my heartbeat and my breathing. It was such a relaxing experience. We both were surprised the hour went so quickly. Takesways: Aaralyn was very thoughtful in all of her instructions. Listen and take note. She provides everything you need including the soap, shampoo and conditioner for your shower before and after (no conditioner before the float), a towel and washcloth. You can bring your own if you choose. She suggests using earplugs to keep the water out of your ears (which she also provides). My friend and I did not use these but decided we will next time. The only negative: my friend said he heard what could be described as fireworks going off outside thru his float. I only heard it once but he said it occurred several times. A business cannot control external noises on a nice Saturday afternoon. Wearing the earplugs may have helped.

Float Quad Cities is an experience that you need to try. In today's crazy 24/7 information overloaded world, a float offers you a chance to relax totally in a safe and unique environment. Aaralyn is a calming presence who makes this experience the best. We...
